Dandim Kendal Letkol Inf Iman Widhiarto Bepesan Jaga Kamtibmas ke Ormas
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Kodim 0715/Kendal melaksanakan pembinaan Komunikasi Sosial dengan Ormas yang ada di Kabupaten Kendal yang dilakukan di Aula Makodim 0715/Kendal , Selasa (09/03/21). Acara di buka langsung oleh Komandan Kodim 0715/Kendal Letkol Inf Iman Widhiarto, S.T, dan dihadiri Kepala Staf Kodim, Pasi Intel, Danunit Intel dan perwakilan Ormas Pemuda Pancasila, Banser, Lindu Aji, GMBI, Rajeg Wesi, FKPPI, Elang Pantura, Gibas, Kelabang Hitam, KNPI serta Kokam.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Dandim memberikan pemahaman tentang pertahanan negara dan pentingnya menjaga kondusifitas wilayah di Kabupaten Kendal.
Diterangkan Dandim, sebagaimana dituangkan dalam UU No. 3 Tahun 2002 bahwa seluruh warga negara memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang sama dalam pertahanan negara.
Sistem pertahanan kita adalah semesta, artinya semua komponen bangsa terlibat. TNI sebagai komponen utama, Ormas, LSM, Hansip, Karang Taruna dan sebagainya sebagai komponen cadangan, dan sumber daya alam/buatan maupun potensi wilayah lainya sebagai komponen pendukung. Sinergitas ketiga komponen inilah yang mewujudkan ketahanan di masa damai, di masa darurat bencana maupun di masa perang.
“Kita sebagai bagian dari warga negara dan komponen bangsa harus bisa menciptakan stabilitas pertahanan yang kondusifitas Indonesia. Bisa jadi bahwa instabilitas itu justru diciptakan untuk memecah belah dan menghacurkan bangsa kita. Maka sadarlah, tidak mungkin bangsa lain yang akan membangun Indonesia, tapi kita semua”, ujar Dandim.
Ditambahkan pula Fonding father kita 20 Mei 1908 sudah membuka kesadaran untuk bersatu, dan 28 Oktober 1928 bersumpah untuk bersatu, maka 17 Agustus 1945 Indonesia merdeka. Artinya persatuan dan kesatuan merupakan ruh tercapainya kemerdekaan.
Tugas kita kedepan adalah mewujudkan Indonesia sebagai Bangsa Pemenang bukan Pecundang.
Masyarakat Kendal harus lebih militan dalam mewujudkan stabilitas Kendal untuk kemajuan dan kemakmuran Kendal dibanding dengan dengan TNI/Polri yang mungkin hanya berdinas beberapa tahun di Kendal.
“Sinergitas ketiga komponen akan mewujudkan ketahanan dimasa damai, dalam kondiai darurat bencana maupun dalam kondisi perang”, pungkas Dandim.
