Bagaimana tidak, Mobil dinas Toyota Camry dengan plat nomor H 1 A untuk aktifitas sehari – hari boleh dipinjam warga manapun secara gratis. Tapi yang jelas bukan untuk jalan-jalan dan berwisata atau acara tongkrongan.
Melalui akun instagramnya @hendrarprihadi, Wali Kota Semarang tersebut, mempersilahkan bagi masyarakat umum untuk meminjam mobil dinasnya berjenis sedan kepada masyarakat umum. Bahkan tidak hanya warga Kota Semarang yang berarti warga luar Kota Semarang juga diijinkan.
Ijin penggunaan mobil tersebut diberikan untuk acara pernikahan. Selain itu, Hendi juga menyebutkan, akan menyiapkan sopir dan bahan bakarnya secara cuma-cuma, tidak ditarik biaya apapun alis gratis. Bahkan atribut juga melekat pada mobil dinas tersebut, dengan plat nomor warna merah H 1 A yang biasa digunakan untuk acara Kedinasan Wali Kota Semarang.
Hendi menjelaskan, bagi masyarakat yang ingin menggunakan mobil dinasnya untuk kegiatan pernikahan pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu, cukup mengirimkan surat permohonan kepada dirinya.
“Oh ya mekanismenya harus mengajukan, supaya transparan, misalnya dalam waktu yang ditentukan sudah ada yang ingin menggunakan juga belum,” tutur Wali Kota Semarang itu.
Semua masyarakat umum diperbolehkan untuk meminjam. Bagaimanapun Hendi adalah Wali Kota Semarang maka yang menjadi prioritas adalah Warga Semarang.
“Semua masyarakat boleh pinjam, tapi kita prioritaskan untuk warga Semarang, lokasi pernikahannya di Semarang, gratis mobilnya, drivernya, BBMnya. Jadi nanti di lapangan tidak ada lagi yang harus diberi,” tekannya.
Namun di sisi lain, Hendi juga berpesan bahwa kegiatan pernikahan yang dimaksudkannya harus sesuai dengan standart operasional prosedur kesehatan yang ditetapkan pada masa pandemi.
Hal itu ditegaskannya tidak boleh dikesampingkan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pernikahan, terkhusus di Kota Semarang.
“Intinya kita ingin berbagai kebahagiaan di tengah pandemi ini, jadi silahkan untuk masyarakat yang ingin memanfaatkan untuk melaksanakan akad atau kegiatan pernikahan, tapi tetap dengan ruang lingkup memperhatikan sop kesehatan tentu saja,” tegas Hendi. (HENDRA)
