Brownis Dan Pukis Berbahan Ganja Berhasil Di Ungkap Polres Jepara Dengan BNN
Jepara, jurnaljateng.id, Modus operandi Narkotika yang tergolong baru berhasil diungkap Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Jawa Tengah bersama dengan Bea Cukai Kudus dan tim gabungan polres Jepara. Modus yang digunakan yaitu dengan mencampurkan ganja ke dalam kue brownis dan cookies atau kue kering.
Kepala BNN Jawa Tengah Brigjen Pol. Benny Gunawan turun langsung ke Jepara, untuk bertemu awak media. Kegiatan Jumpa pers Kamis (30/7/2020) di Mapolres Jepara, juga dihadiri Kapolres Jepara AKBP Nugroho Tri Nuryanto, Bupati Jepara Dian Kristiandi, dan Kepala Kantor Bea Cukai Kudus Gatot Sugeng Wibowo.
“Kami sengaja datang ke Jepara karena modus operandinya menarik. Baru pertama kalinya di Jawa Tengah,” kata Brigjen Pol. Benny Gunawan.
Pembongkaran modus ini bermula dari adanya informasi pengiriman ganja dari Makasar ke Jepara.
Tersangka memesan ganja melalui toko online di aplikasi instagram dengan nama pengguna Sativa Indica tanggal 16 Juli. Ganja tersebut dibeli seharga Rp1,2 juta dan dibungkus dengan aluminium akan dibuat untuk campuran roti. Senin (27/7/2020) siang tim gabungan menggerebek rumah tersangka yang melakukan pemesanan ganja.
“Kami tangkap tersangka FES di rumahnya Dukuh Pesajen, Desa Demaan, Jepara setelah menerima paket 6,1 gram ganja,” jelasnya.
Hasil pengembangan, rupanya ganja yang dipesan FES digunakan untuk membuat kue brownis dan cookies.
“Dari pengembangan ini, didapatkan sejumlah bungkus dalam alumunium foil yang tersimpan dalam toples. Ada dua paket ganja dan cookies,” paparnya.
Brownis dan pukis ganja ini kemudian dipasarkan tersangka lewat media sosial Instagram. Selain itu juga dijual melalui salah satu platform marketplace. Kue ini dijual ke berbagai daerah. Seperti Jakarta, Semarang dan lainnya. Setiap paketnya, dijual dengan harga Rp400 ribu.
“Tersangka diancam dengan Pasal 111 Ayat 1 UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Ancaman hukumannya maksimal 12 tahun penjara,” tandas Benny.
Bupati Jepara Dian Kristiandi mengajak kepada warga masyarakat untuk ikut memberantas narkoba. Sebagai bentuk dukungan Pemkab Jepara akan membentuk Badan Narkotika Kabupaten (BNK) di Jepara. (DIAN/JJID)
