Hasil Test Swab Ketua KPU RI Arief Budiman Dinyatakan Positif Covid-19
JAKARTA, jurnaljateng.id, Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI, Arief Budiman, terinfeksi virus Covid-19. Kabar tersebut dikabarkan Arief Budiman sendiri melalui pesan yang di kirim ke awak media.
“Assalamu’alaikum. Diberitahukan kepada teman-teman media bahwa saat ini saya sedang menjalani karantina mandiri di rumah,” kata Arief, Jumat (18/9/2020).
Dalam pernyataanya, Arief baru mengetahui terjangkit Covid-19, saat mengikuti Swab Test Covid-19 sebagai persyaratan untuk menghadiri secara langsung rapat bersama di Istana Bogor tanggal 18 September 2020, Jawa Barat. Tes di lakukan tanggal 17 September 2020 Malam dan dari hasil tes dinyatakan positif.
“Kehadiran dalam rapat sepanjutnya diwakili oleh anggota KPU,” ujar Arief.
Setelah mengatahui terjangkit virus Covid-19, Arief mengaku, langsung menjalani isolasi mandiri.
“Tanggal 18 dini hari sudah mulai melakukan karantina mandiri karena tidak terdapat gejala, batuk, panas, pilek ataupun sesak nafas,” terangnya.
Dikesempatan lain, ia menjelaskan, untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran Covid-19 terhadap staff di Kantor KPU, maka akan kembali memberlakukan Work From Home (WFH) kepada seluruh pegawai.
Selain itu, sterilisasi itu juga akan dilakukan di rumah dinas pimpinan Komisi Pemilihan Umum.
“KPU menerapkan kebijakan WFH mulai tanggal 18 sampai dengan tanggal 22. Saya tetap menjalankan tugas dgn cara WFH, daring,” pungkasnya.
