Angin Segar, Pemerintah Akan Melakukan Pelonggaran PPKM
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Pelonggaran secara bertahap akan dilakukan pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Darurat pada 26 Juli 2021. Syarat pelonggaran, tren kasus positif Covid-19 dalam negeri secara signifikan mengalami penurunan.
Kebijakan pemberlakuan pelonggaran PPKM Darurat (saat ini PPKM Level 4, Red) disampaikan Presiden Joko Widodo.
“Pada 26 Juli 2021, pemerintah akan melakukan pembukaan secara bertahap terkait kebijakan PPKM Darurat,” kata Presiden Joko Widodo secara virtual pada Selasa (20/70/2021).
Keputusan yang diambil ini, lanjut Presiden Joko Widodo, sangat berat dilakukan pemerintah pada beberapa waktu ke depan. Namun, dengan mempertimbangkan kepentingan masyarakat yang lebih besar, pemerintah tetap memutuskan kebijakan di atas dilakukan.
Dikutip dari Info Publik, Kondisi saat ini, tren kasus positif Covid-19 selama pemberlakukan kebijakan sangat berpengaruh terhadap upaya penanganan wabah global tersebut. Indikasinya, terjadi penurunan tingkat keterisian pada fasilitas kesehatan dalam beberapa waktu ke depan.
“Kita patut bersyukur setelah dilaksanakan PPKM Darurat terlihat penambahan kasus dan kepenuhan bed (tempat tidur-red) rumah sakit mengalami penurunan,” tuturnya.
Adanya hal tersebut, dapat mencegah fasilitas kesehatan seperti rumah sakit menjadi penuh. Sehingga fasilitas itu dapat melayani masyarakat yang menderita penyakit lainnya dengan optimal. “Pelayanan kesehatan untuk pasien dengan penyakit kritis lainnya tidak terganggu,” imbuhnya.
Berlakunya kebijakan di atas lebih lama lagi, Presiden berharap, seluruh instansi terkait dapat saling menjalin kerja sama dengan solid. Sehingga, pada waktu 26 Juli 2021, pemerintah dapat secara bertahap melonggarkan kebijakan PKKM Darurat di berbagai wilayah.
“Saya minta kita semuanya bisa bekerja sama bahu-membahu untuk melaksanakan PPKM ini dengan harapan kasus akan segera turun,” tuturnya.
Nantinya, menurut Presiden ada sejumlah pelonggaran yakni pembukaan pasar tradisional secara bertahap yang menjual bahan pokok sehari-hari. Pedagang pasar yang menjual kebutuhan di atas, diijinkan buka sampai pukul 20.00. Dengan kapasitas pengunjung maksimal 50 persen.
Pedagang pasar selain yang menjual kebutuhan pokok, diijinkan buka usahanya hingga pukul 15.00. Dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat dan jumlah pengunjung dari usaha tersebut hanya boleh sekitar 50 persen pengunjung.
“Pedagang kaki lima, lapak jajanan kelontong, agen atau outlet voucher, laundry, pangkas rambut dan pedagang asongan dijinkan buka dengan protokol kesehatan ketat hingga pukul 21.00. maksimal setiap kunjungan sekitar 30 menit,” tuturnya.
Dalam mendukung kebijakan di atas, pemerintah telah menggelontorkan sejumlah bantuan sosial (bansos) dengan jumlah signifikan. Dari mulai pemerintah akan memberikan sebanyak 2 juta paket obat vitamin bagi penderita Covid-19 dengan kategori tidak ada gejala dan gejala ringan.
Pemerintah mengalokasikan anggaran perlindungan sosial Rp55,21 triliun. Bantuan yang diberikan dalam bentuk bantuan langsung tunai, bantuan desa, dan bantuan sembako. Lalu, pemerintah akan memberikan bantuan kuota internet dan subsidi listrik.
Pemerintah juga memberikan insentif bagi usaha mikti infotmas sebesar Rp1,2 juta bagi 1 juta pelaku usaha mikro yang terdaftar.
Bantuan tersebut, segera disalurkan oleh instansi pemerintah terkait kepada masyarakat yang memerlukan bantuan. Sehingga, dapat bertahan dari efek negatif wabah global Covid-19 pada beberapa waktu ke depan.
“Saya sudah memerintahkan kepada para menteri terkait untuk segera menyalurkan bansos tersebut kepada warga masyarakat yang berhak,” imbuhnya.
