Didesak Warga Dan Aktivis Lingkungan Hidup, Plt Bupati Pemalang Minta Waktu.
JURNALJATENG.ID, PEMALANG – Koalisi Kawali Indonesia Lestari Jawatengah beserta Warga Dusun Pesalakan, Desa Pegongsoran, Pemalang, adakan aksi unjukrasa di pintu gerbang Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Sampah Pesalakan, pada Kamis (14/5/2023).
TPA Sampah di Pesalakan agar ditutup secara permanen,Diantara Desakan Para Warga.
Sejumlah poster dibentangkan diantaranya berisi tuntutan desakan agar TPA Sampah Pesalakan ditutup permanen.
Para Warga merasa selama 30 tahun TPA Pesalakan beroperasi tidak ada kompensasi baik untuk sisi kesehatan ataupun kompensasi lainya kepada masyarakat.
Tak hanya itu, lebih dari 10 tahun ini, TPA Pegongsoran tak serius pengelolaanya.
Oleh Pemerintah Daerah.Sampah dibiarkan menumpuk seperti gunung ditambah alat berat rusak dan dibiarkan mangkrak di lokasi TPA Pesalakan.
Plt Bupati Pemalang Mansur Hidayat, merespon aksi unjuk rasa warga tersebut, Dihadapan warga, Mansur memohon agar TPA Pesalakan tidak ditutup dulu menunggu regulasi pemerintah daerah, sambil menunggu menyiapkan lahan pengganti TPA Pegongsoran.
“Saya sudah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk menangani sampah dan berikan kami waktu 1 tahun, saya merasa bau dasyat sampah ini tetapi saya tidak berdaya terkait anggaran,” ujarnya.
Mansyur Hidayat meminta agar TPA Pesalakan ditata yaitu mendatangkan alat berat diantaranya excvakator dan buldozeer sebagai solusi awal,dengan kapasitan besar untuk meratakan sampah pada lahan yang masih kosong.
“Jadi kami memohon, agar TPA Pesalakan ini jangan ditutup dulu. Kami meminta waktu untuk menyiapkan regulasi lahan baru termasuk anggaran dan perizinan, dan dalam waktu sesingkat ini kami akan mendatangkan alat berat untuk menyingkirkan sampah ke lahan yang yang masih kosong,” kata Mansur.
Andi Rustono sebagai Ketua Kawali Jawatengah mengatakan, persoalan TPA Pesalakan itu telah lama terjadi dari mulai catut marut penataan, alat berat yang mangkrak dan rusak.
Tidak hanya itu septic tank pembuangan tinja tetutup sampah sehingga menimbulkan persoalan baru seperti bau menyengat dan belatung yang masuk ke pemukiman.
“Alat berat rusak bertahun-tahun dibiarkan tanpa solusi sehingga sampah menggunung tidak bisa mendorong sampah ke tempat yang masih kosong. Sampah sudah mendekat ke pemukiman menimbulkan berbagai penyakit karena belatung masuk ke pemukiman,” katanya.
Ditegaskan oleh Andi Rustono, untuk sementara waktu TPA Pesalakan ditutup menunggu penanganan awal sebagaimana dijanjikan oleh Plt Bupati Pemalang Mansur Hidayat untuk mendatangkan alat berat.
Truk sampah sementara tidak boleh masuk atau membuang sampah di TPA Pesalakan.
“Sementara truk sampah tidak boleh masuk menunggu usaha pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang, berikan waktu penanganan dan kami akan kawal,” tegasnya.
