Metode Restorative Justice, Polres Banjarnegara Tangani Nenek Mencopet
JURNALJATENG.ID, BANJARNEGARA – Polres Banjarnegara laksanakan pers rilis tanggapi Video viral berisi seorang nenek yang melakukan pencurian di Pasar Mandiraja beberapa waktu lalu, Rabu (3/2/2021).
Pres rilis yang dipimpin langsung oleh oleh Kapolres Banjarnegara AKBP Fahmi Arifrianto, SH, SIK, MH, M.SI, tersebut dilaksankan bersama komunitas Sarsipol Banjarnegara. Uniknya untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam pers rilis kali ini Polres Banjarnegara gunakan Helm Gatotkaca Thermal dan Drone Jatayu Thermal Untuk mengecek suhu tubuh dari jarak jauh.
Komunitas Sarsipol berperan penting dalam situasi pandemi di wilayah Banjarnegara, pasalnya berkat Komunitas Sarsipol beberapa wilyah di Banjarnegara yang semula zona merah dapat menurunkan tingkat kerawananya menjadi zona kuning.
Dalam keteranganya, Kapolres Banjarnegara mengatakan dalam menangani kasus ini pihaknya menggunakan metode Restorative Justice atau upaya mediasi.
“Pelaku mengakui dan menyadari sepenuhnya bahwa perbuatannya melanggar hukum dan berjanji tak akan mengulangi perbuatanya lagi, Korban juga teah memaafkan dan memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan Laporanya namun diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan,”terangnya.
Dari pernyataan kedua belah pihak makan kasus ini dinyatakan telah selesai. Tak hanya membantu menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut, Polres Bajarnegara dan Komunutas Sarsipol Banjarnegara juga memberi bantuan berupa sembako dan uang tunai serta solusi kepada nenek RN untuk keluar dari permasalahan ekonominya dengan memberikan pekerjaan.
“Dengan hal ini kami berharap nenek RN bekerja di Ponpes Alif Baa, secara perekonomian ia dapat menghidupi kehidupan sehari-hari dan secara keagamaan dapat mengetahui hal-hal apa yang baik dan tidak boleh dilakukan sehingga tidak akan mengulangi hal yang sama,”kata Kapolres.
Kedepan nenek RN akan di titipkan di Ponpes Alif Baa dibawah kepemimpinan KH. Khayatul Makki untuk mendapatkan bimbingan agama dan pekerjaan. KH. Khayatul Makki berharap kejadian seperti ini tidak dijadikan model oleh masyarakat lainnya.
“Mari kita saling perduli satu sama lain, Insayaallah kami akan membantu bersama-sama nenek RN yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan ini,”ungkapnya
Kapolres Banjarnegara mengajak masyarakat untuk jeli melihat dan menganalisa fenomena dalam masyarakat dengan melihat akar permasalahanya serta lebih peduli pada sesama
