Blora, jurnaljateng.id, Sesuai anjuran presiden Joko Widodo, dalam keadaan tidak normal dan posisi sulit, presiden mewajibkan memperbanyak program-program padat karya tunai kepada semua kementrian, lembaga dan daerah.
Pemerintah Kabupaten Blora telah menerapkan apa yang menjadi arahan presiden. Warga masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19 diberdayakan dalam proyek padat karya pembangunan jaringan irigasi kecil Desa Bicak, Kecamatan Todanan, Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah
Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah, Samgautama Karnajaya melalui Kepala Bidang Sumber Daya Air Wilayah I, Surat, menyampaikan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A) di wilayah Desa Bicak memberdayakan warga yang terdampak Covid-19 untuk pembangnan jaringan irigasi kecil dengan tujuan mengurangi pengangguran .
“Seperti kita ketahui akibat pendemi Covid-19, banyak warga yang kehilangan pekerjaan, sehingga kami mendorong P3A supaya melibatkan warga yang terdampak Covid-19 dalam padat karya pembuatan jaringan irigasi kecil,” katanya, di Blora, Kamis (2/7/2020).
Upah yang diberikan pada para pekerja sesuai dengan ketentuan, meskipun total pendapatan yang di dapat dari pengerjaan ini tidak besar. Karena pengerjaan pembuatan jaringan irigasi kecil.
“Dengan demikian, bisa membantu warga untuk beraktivitas. Tentu saja dilaksanakan dengan protokol kesehatan. Selain pekerja pria, kata dia, juga ada sejumlah pekerja wanita yang ikut dalam padat karya itu,” Tutupnya.(TEGUH/HEND)
