Kapolres Pimpin Langsung Penutupan Pembaretan Brigadir Remaja Polres Kendal
Kendal, jurnaljateng.id, Sebanyak 10 personel Brigadir Remaja Polres Kendal lulusan Sekolah Brigadir Polisi Tugas Umum T.A. 2019 mengikuti Upacara Penutupan Pembinaan Tradisi Pembaretan di Lapangan Lapas Kelas IIB Plantungan, Jumat (17/7/2020). Tradisi ini ditandai dengan penyiraman air kembang kepada para Bintara Remaja yang dilakukan oleh Kapolres Kendal AKBP Ali Wardana, S.H., S.I.K., M.M.
Secara simbolis Kapolres Kendal AKBP Ali Wardana memakaikan baret kepada perwakilan Bintara Remaja. Para personel Brigadir itu baru saja menyelesaikan pembinaan tradisi pembaretan dengan menjalani beberapa pelatihan seperti lintas medan selama 2 hari perjalanan di mulai dari Polres Kendal dan berakhir di Plantungan dengan berjalan kaki. Selain itu mereka juga diajarkan kembali teknik beladiri, taktik penggerebegan, dan beberapa game kerjasama tim.
Terkait kegiatan pembinaan tradisi pembaretan ini Kapolres Kendal menyampaikan bahwa pembinaan tradisi tahun ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik, aman dan lancar. Kapolres juga menjelaskan maksud dan tujuan diadakannya pembaretan tersebut yakni guna membentuk sikap dan tanggung jawab para personel karena akan membawa konsekuensi beberapa tuntutan pelaksanaan tugas yang lebih besar.
“Dengan pembinaan tradisi pembaretan ini, dapat meningkatkan kualitas personel bintara remaja dan akan meningkatkan kuantitas anggota Polri yang profesional”, terang Kapolres.
Kepada para Bintara Remaja Kapolres berpesan agar selalu meningkatkan kewaspadaan guna menyikapi perkembangan situasi saat ini serta dapat mengantisipasi gejolak sosial yang ada di masayarakat.
Usai upacara penutupan, Kapolres Kendal diikuti para Pejabat Utama Polres Kendal memberikan selamat kepada Bintara Remaja dan menekankan harapan untuk memantapkan tekad, dedikasi, loyalitas, dan prestasi dalam pengabdian kepada bangsa dan negara. (SYIFAK/JJID)
