Ketua KPU: Pilkada Tak Ada Ancaman Terorisme
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Dalam rangka mencegah radikalisme ISIS pada Pilkada Serentak 2020 Di Tengah Pandemi Covid -19 di Jawa Tengah, Polda Jawa Tengah gelar dialog interaktif di radio Sonora bersama Ketua FKPT Jateng Prof Samsul Maarif dan Ketua KPU Semarang Hendri Casandra Gultom. Senin (7/12/2020) siang.
Meski di tengah pandemi covid-19 gerakan ISIS semakin nyata dalam melakukan aktifitas amaliyah, seperti beberapa waktu lalu kejadian pembantaian yang dilakukan ISIS di Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah terhadap 4 orang. Kondisi ini menjadi warning bagi siapapun untuk senantiasa menjaga apa yang ada di lingkunganya.
“Makanya kita semuanya harus melakukan medikasi bersama tentang paham radikal yang telah menyapa di seluruh elemen masyarakat dengan cara kesiapsiagaan. Semua harus memantau, memberi bimbingan, edukasi kepada tetangga, teman ataupun masyarakat.” ungkap Ketua Forum Koordinasi Pencegahan Terorisme Jawa Tengah, Professor Doktor Syamsul Ma’arif melalui sambungan telepon.
Polda Jawa Tengah mengatakan saat ini Kota Semarang dalam keadaan aman, meski begitu personil telah disiap siagakan guna memberi perhatian dan antisipasi berkaitan penyebaran terorisme ISIS.
Kapolri telah memerintahkan jajaranya untuk selalui waspada terhadap diri sendiri, mako dan fasilitas umum guna mengantisipasi apabila terjadi ancaman.
Ketua KPU Kota Semarang, Hendri Cassandra Gulton yang akrab di sapa Nanda, menanggapi soal ancaman terorisme yang berkemungkinan bersinggungan dengan penyelenggara Pilkada Serentak 2020, KPU mengatakan di Kota Semarang tak ada masalah atau kejadian yang menonjol kaitanya dengan ancaman dan terorisme.
“Saya kira dalam Polri khususnya Polda Jawa Tengah sudah banyak mengambil peran untuk melakukan mitigasi masalah dan melakukan pencegahan sehingga sejauh ini sepenglihatan kami khususnya di Kota Semarang tidak ada problem yang berarti yang berkaitan dengan ancaman terkait tentang terorisme.” ungkap Nanda.
KPU telah melakukan menghimbau kepada seluruh pihak agar mematuhi arahan dari Komisi RI untuk tetap bisa sportif dan menjaga mekanisme aturan sehingga percikan-percikan yang nantinya menimbulkan kekerasan atau terorisme dalam Pilkada Serentak 2020 ini tak terjadi.
Selain mengantisipasi timbulnya terorisme, di lain pihak Polda Jawa Tengah menjamin kenyamanan masyarakat dengan memastikan anggota yang diterjunkan pada Pilkada telah sehat dan tak terpapar Covid dengan cara di Swab, ini sebagai upaya dari institusi polri dalam upaya untuk mencegah percepatan penyebaran Covid-19.
