Pelajar SMK Dibawah Umur Nikahi Dua Wanita
JURNALJATENG.ID, LOMBOK BARAT – Seoarang pelajar melakukan akad nikah dengan dua wanita dalam kurun waktu satu bulan yang masih tergolong di bawah umur. Pelajar tersebut masih duduk di kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK).
Mempelai pria yang menikahi 2 wanita tersebut masih sebagai pelajar di SMK. Merupakan warga Dusun Sayong Batu Bangka Desa Cendimaik, Kecamatan Sekotong. Pelajar yang berinisial AR ternyata masih berusia 18 tahun dan wanita yang dinikahi juga masih duduk di bangku sekolah.
Pernikahan tersebut sempat viral dan secara spontan membuat warganet geger. Hingga menjadi perbincangan hangat di group media sosial dan aplikasi messenger. Meski akad nikah terhadap kedua perempuan yang masih status pelajar tersebut tidak secara bersamaan.
Fakta yang ada, akad nikah dilakukan dalam kurun waktu satu Bulan. Pria tersebut menikahi Perempuan yang dijadikan istri pertamanya pada 17 September 2020 lalu, sedangkan pada istri kedua pada 12 Oktober 2020. Yang sempat membuat heboh warganet adalah resepsi dari akad nikah istri pertama dan kedua. Resepsinya digelar bersamaan dalam satu acara.
Dengan viralnya pernikahan pria yang masih menjadi pelajar SMK yang menikahi dua wanita sekaligus di media sosial. Hal tersebut mendapatkan perhatian Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kabupaten Lombok Barat.
Sekretaris DP2KBP3A Lobar Erni Suryana menjelaskan, bahwa pihaknya sudah melakukan tindak lanjut atas kasus pernikahan yang masih di bawah umur.
”Ketiganya masih berusia di bawah umur, karena sesuai undang-undang, usia perkawinan usia 19 tahun,” ungkapnya.
