JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Perihal Pemberitahuan dan Peringatan Kongres Luar Biasa Perindo 1945 Versi Caraktaker saudara Alida Handau Lampe dan Max Melen Tumundo.
DPP PARKINDO1945 Menegaskan Kebenaran dan Memperingatkan sebagai berikut:
1. Kongres Luar Biasa Parkindo 1945 yang diselenggarakan hari Selasa, 10 Nopember 2020 bertempat di Bumi Sangkuriang Bandung Jawa barat.
2. Dengan ini diberitahukan dan diperingatkan bahwa sesuai hasil Keputusan Rapat kami DPP Parkindo 1945 bersama Kasubdit Parpol Kemenkumham: Tjasdirin, Samsul Rizal Kepala Seksi serta Resti selaku Pelaksana Kom. Parpol, pada hari kamis tanggal 5 November 2020 yang mengatakan bahwa Surat yang pernah dikeluarkan Direktur Tata Negara an. Tehna Bana Sitepu pada 7 September 2016 perihal Surat Pengangkatan Care Taker terhadap an. Alm. Hendrik Th. Pattinama Sebagai Ketua Umum Care dan Max Melen Sebagai Sekjen Care Taker dinyatakan sudah tidak berlaku lagi. Begitupun hasil turunannya yaitu Care Taker an. Alida Guyer dan Max Melen Tumundo juga dibatalkan legalitasnya.
Dengan demikian Kongres Luar Biasa Parkindo 1945 pada 10 November 2020 adalah Kongress Luar Biasa Ilegal dan tidak diakui keabsahannya.
3. Bahwa, oleh karena Ketua Umum dan Sekretaris Jenderal sebagaimana SK Menkumham No.M.HH-52AH.11.01 Tahun 2008 telah meninggal dunia, maka untuk itu DPP Perindo 1945 sebagaimana SK Menkumham tersebut telah mengadakan Rapat Pleno pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2020 dan telah Menunjuk Plt.Ketua Umum Yesri Tandiseru dan Plt. Sekretaris Jenderal Charles Sirait, yaitu untuk menyelenggarakan Kongres Luar Biasa yang akan dilaksanankan pada bulan Januari 2021 yang akan datang.
4. Oleh karena itu, jika ada Kongres Luar Biasa yang diselenggarakan tidak sesuai Putusan Rapat Pleno DPP Perindo 1945 sebagaimana tsb di atas, maka itu adalah melanggar AD/ART Perindo 1945 tidak diakui dan tidak sah.
5. Dengan ini kami beritahukan dan peringatkan kepada siapapun juga termasuk KLB Versi Caraktaker, agar Membatalkan Kegiatan Kongres Luar Biasa yang melanggar AD/ART dan Tidak Sah, satu dan lain hal guna menghindari Tuntutan Organisasi dan Hukum di kemudian hari.
