KPK Kini Bisa Bertukar Data Pengaduan Kementerian/Lembaga
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi menyepakati kerja sama dengan 21 kementerian/lembaga terkait dengan penanganan pengaduan dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi. Whistleblowing system Tindak Pidana Korupsi terintegrasi dengan KPK bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penanganan pengaduan.
Koneksi data dengan KPK akan membuat penanganan pengaduan lebih efisien dan menghindari duplikasi penanganan. Selain itu, efektivitas juga akan meningkat dengan kemudahan koordinasi dan monitoring penanganan pengaduan antara lembaga/organisasi dan KPK.
Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri mengatakan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap orang punya peran dalam pemberantasan korupsi. Sehingga semua orang harus sadar akan bahaya korupsi.
”Whistleblowing system ini bisa menjadi alarm atau panggilan untuk kita semua bahwa ada bahaya di sekitar kita, yaitu korupsi,” kata Firli dalam sambutannya usai penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama di Gedung Juang, Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Senin, 21 Desember 2020.
KPK berharap Perjanjian Kerja Sama ini akan berguna dan diimplementasikan dengan maksimal. Sehingga KPK dan Mitra Kerja akan mendapatkan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya, terciptanya sinergi yang mendukung tugas pokok dan fungsi kedua belah pihak.
Sebab, dengan adanya whistleblowing system Tindak Pidana Korupsi ini, sebuah organisasi/lembaga akan mendapat manfaat besar, karena bisa mendeteksi Tindak Pidana Korupsi sejak dini memperoleh informasi lebih awal adanya dugaan pelanggaran, sekaligus dapat melakukan pemetaan titik-titik rawannya.
Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir mengatakan selama ini di lingkungan kementerian BUM selalui mengimbau yang paling penting adalah bisnis proses yang benar dalam sebuah proyek. Bukan nilai proyeknya.
”Sistem yang kita sepakati hari ini, adalah salah satu unsur dari bisnis proses yang benar, dengana danya whistleblowing system ini, seluruh jajaran di BUMN bisa saling menjaga,” kata Erick dalam sambutannya dalam acara yang sama.
Erick mengatakan hingga saat ini, sudah ada 89 BUMN yang memiliki sertifikasi ISO 37001 Anti-bribery Management System. Sertifikasi ini, kata dia, merupakan salah satu upaya BUMN dalam melaksanakan bisnis proses yang benar dalam sebuah proyek.
Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Tjahjo Kumolo mengatakan kerja sama ini adalah salah satu upaya melakukan reformasi birokrasi yang menjadi prioritas pemerintah saat ini. Ia mengatakan selama satu tahun ini, kementeriannya menyeleksi dan memonitor 3.826 kementerian/lembaga baik pusat dan daerah.
”Dari jumlah itu, hanya 360 yang bisa dinyatakan bebas korupsi 360. Ini sangat memprihatinkan,” kata dia.
Ia mengatakan selama ini selalu mengimbau dan mengingatkan kepada seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara untuk berhati-hati dan selalu transparan. Sehingga masyarakat bisa mendapatkan pelayanan terbaik dan cepat.
Acara penandatanganan kerja sama ini, dihadiri juga oleh Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Basuki Hadimuljono, Menteri Sosial ad Interim Muhadjir Effendy, dan 21 perwakilan kementerian/lembaga pusat dan daerah.
Sebanyak 21 kementerian/lembaga itu adalah Kementerian Agama; Kementerian Keuangan; Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan; Kementerian Sosial; Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan; Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral; Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat; Kementerian Perhubungan; Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan; Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan; Kementerian Desa dan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi; Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang / Badan Pertanahan Negara; Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah; Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji; Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jambi; Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Lampung; Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat; Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat; PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero); PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero); dan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi.
