Hendi-Ita Pasti Jadi, Kotak Kosong Diprediksi Dulang Suara
SEMARANG, jurnaljateng.id, Dalam kontestasi pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) pasangan calon tunggal terjadi di beberapa daerah dan pernah terjadi beberapa kali. Aturan yang berlaku jika terjadi hanya pasangan tunggal dalam kontestasi pilkada di suatu daerah maka lawanya adalah kotak kosong.
Bagi masyarakat yang sudah memiliki hak pilih untuk memilih kepala daerahnya, disediakan kotak suara kosong untuk masyarakat yang engan memilih pasangan calon tunggal yang ada, sehingga memilih tidak setuju terhadap pasangan calon yang ada dengan memilih kotak suara kosong.
Hal itu disampaikan oleh analis politik universitas Diponegoro Semarang, Yuwanto, dalam menanggapi kotak kosong di Pilkada Semarang.
Yuwanto mengatakan, kotak kosong yang akan menjadi lawan pasangan calon Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Semarang, di prediksi mendapatkan suara dalam Pilkada 9 Desember 2020.“Dalam teori, hal semacam itu disebut perilaku pemilih atau voting behavior,” kata Yuwanto seperti dikutip jurnaljateng.id dari Antara.
Seluruh partai politik mendukung dan mengusung pasangan Hendi-Ita dalam Pilkada 2020, kemungkinan besar bahwa pemilih kotak kosong dipredikisi akan ada saat pemungutan suara.
“Kalau 100 persen memilih Hendi-Ita kecil kemungkinanya. Pasti ada yang pilih kotak kosong,” lanjut Yuwanto.
Prediksi pasangan Hendi-Ita akan menang mutlak dalam pilkada 2020. Pemangku kepentingan seharunya lebih memerhatikan, dan memastikan partisipasi pemilih tetap tinggi untuk bisa datang ke TPS pada 9 Desember 2020.
“Ini bukan hanya tugas KPU, tetapi tugas seluruh pemangku kepentingan,” tambahnya.
Sosialisasi ke masyarakat sebagai aksi contoh yang harus dilakukan partai politik pendukung, dan pengusung harus lebih giat. Pemilih Hendi-Ita harus datang ke tempat pemilihan dan melakukan pencoblosan. Jangan sampai merasa menang mutlak justru tidak datang sehingga perolehan suara di menangkan kotak kosong.
“Jangan sampai, karena berpikir Hendi-Ita pasti jadi, kemudian tidak datang ke TPS,” ujarnya.
Sembilan partai politik pengusung penghuni DPRD kota Semarang,yaitu PDIP, Golkar, PKB, Demokrat, Gerindra, PAN, Nasdem, dan PSI. Serta lima partai politik non parlemen, yaitu PKPI, Hanura, Berkarya, PBB, Gelora, dan PPP.
Banyaknya partai politik pengusung, serta tidak ada nya lawan pasangan calon pilkada, tidak boleh membuat terlena. Jika pengusung, dan para pemangku terlena merasa aman , dan tidak ada upaya sosialisasi ke masyarakat untuk datang ke TPS.
Hal tersebut menjadi masalah baru yaitu rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat rendah, dan dapat dikatakan situasi politik masyarakat tidak sehat. Kemungkinan rendahnya pasrtisipasi masyarakat juga ditambah karena kondisi wabah covid-19.
