AWPI Ikut Mensukseskan Pilkada Kota Semarang
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Cabang Asosiasi Wartawan Profesional Indonesia (DPC AWPI) Kota Semarang, Yudi Hendrilia, S.Th, M.Pd K, ikut dan terlibat aktif dalam mensukseskan pilkada Kota Semarang. Dalam masa Pandemi Covid-19 dibutuhkan upaya dan kerja keras untuk mengedukasi masyarakat. Pentingnya berdemokrasi setiap warga ikut andil dalam melakukan pemilihan saat pencoblosan di hari H nanti.
Yudi Hendrilia mengatakan, dirinya di terima langsung oleh Hendi, Calon Wali Kota Semarang dalam tim suksesnya Yuswinandi di bidang media untuk membuat program-program kerja selama kampanye.
“Hendi-Ita mengajak team kerja dengan maksimal untuk memerangi kotak kosong dan takut pergi ke TPS karena masa pandemi Covid,” Ujarnya
Lebih mendalam lanjut Hendri, Hendi mengajak supaya semua elemen masyarakat kota semarang untuk mengkampanyekan yang baik demi kesuksesan pilkada mendatang.
“Hendi mengajak AWPI bersinergi dengannya untuk bisa mengkampanyekan melalui Media masa dan media sosial, diantaranya Facebook, wa dan ig” Jelas Hendri
Untuk di ketahui Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Kota Semarang adalah salah satu pilkada yang digelar serentak saat pandemi Covid-19. Pilkada di gelar tanggal 9 Desember 2020. Bagi masyarakat yang sudah memenuhi syarat dan memiliki hak pilih untuk memilih kepala daerahnya, dapat melakukan pencoblosan untuk menentukan kepala daerahnya.
Hal berbeda untuk kota semarang dan kota-kota yang memiliki calon tunggal dengan kabupaten/Kota yang memiliki calon lebih dari satu pasangan. Untuk kabupaten dan kota yang memiliki calon tunggal disediakan kotak suara kosong untuk masyarakat yang tidak mau atau menolak memilih pasangan calon tunggal yang ada. Dengan memilih kotak kosong berarti tidak setuju dengan calon tunggal yang ada.
Seperti di kutip dari halaman jurnaljateng.id yang terbit tanggal 6 Oktober 2020 dengan judul “Hendi-Ita Pasti Jadi, Kotak Kosong Diprediksi Dulang Suara”. Yuwanto, Analis politik Universitas Diponegoro Semarang mengatakan, kotak kosong yang akan menjadi lawan pasangan calon Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Semarang, diprediksi mendapat suara dalam pilkada 9 Desember 2020.
“Dalam teori hal semacam itu disebut perilaku pemilih atau voting bahavior,” Kata Yusnawinandi.
Prediksi pasangan Hendi-Ita akan menang mutlak dalam pilkada 2020. Pemangku kepentingan seharusnya lebih memerhatikan, dan memastikan partisipasi pemilih tetap tinggi untuk bisa datang ke TPS pada 9 Desember 2020.
“Kalau 100 persen memilih Hendi-Ita kecil kemungkinanya. Pasti ada yang pilih kotak kosong,” lanjut Yuwanto.
Sosialisasi ke masyarakat sebagai aksi contoh yang harus dilakukan partai politik pendukung, dan pengusung harus lebih giat. Pemilih Hendi-Ita harus datang ke tempat pemilihan dan melakukan pencoblosan. Jangan sampai merasa menang mutlak justru tidak datang sehingga perolehan suara di menangkan kotak kosong.
“Jangan sampai, karena berpikir Hendi-Ita pasti jadi, kemudian tidak datang ke TPS,” pungkasnya.
