Ir.H.Bambang Dwiyanto: Pelayanan Publik Prioritas Dukcapil Kendal
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Kendal meluncurkan aplikasi Pak Dalman,Sekaligus menyapa masyarakat melalui Vidcon.
Tujuannya untuk memudahkan dalam melayani masyarakat, di tengah pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Untuk menggunakan aplikasi ini, masyarakat bisa “berinteraksi” dengan melalui unduh Aplikasi Pak Dalman
Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Ir.H.Bambang Dwiyono MT, kamis,(12/11/2020) mengatakan,
Bambang menambahkan, bahwa layanan adminduk secara online bisa diakses antara lain melalui Website: layanandispendukcapil.kendalkab.go.id Aplikasi Pak Dalman yang dapat diunduh di Play Store; Pengaktifan KTP untuk keperluan BPJS, Perbankan, KUA, Multifinance dan BPN, bisa menghubungi nomor Whatsapp : 0815 7882 2555.
“Dengan Catatan didukung kelengkapan Dokumen,Jika belum lengkap otomatis Tolak sistem”,Imbunya
Lebih lanjut mantan Sekda Kendal ini mengatakan, diluncurkannya aplikasi Pak.Dalman ini untuk memudahkan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Kini hadir dukcapil menyapa masyarakat dengan DMM, melalui vidcon, telekonferen sebulan dua kali,bulan Oktober sudah 2 kali, bulan Nopember,12 Nop 2020 10-selesai.
Pelayanan dalam liburan/dihari Minggu kita tetap hadir di masyarakat, setiap hari kita pelayanan jemput bola, ke wilayah, melayani setiap hari tiada kenal lelah, semata mata tujuannya membahagiakan masyarakat kendal di disdukcapil dengan 4 wilyah uptd wil.Weleri, Sukorejo, boja, Kaliwungu, semua urusan adminduk tidak ada biaya, gratis .
“Silahkan urus sendiri, cepat, tdak berbelit belit, bisa Dengan online Gunakan Aplikasi pak Dalman.”
Selain Itu ada pelayanan langsung, bagi yg rentan dan difabel, jompo, maupun sakit, Prioritas kami datang kerumah masyarakat
Tentu kami membutuhkan kerjasama yang saling memberi manfaat untuk kelancaran pelayanan,Dipastikan didukung dengan data yg benar langsung jadi,semisal rubah KK dan Data KIA (Kartu identitas anak)0-17 hari langsung jadi ,jika pembuatan baru dan penambahan data lain paket ,KTP,KK,Akte lengkap Tidak lebih dari 3-7 hari maksimal.

“Aplikasi ini akan terus kami sempurnakan kedepannya, sehingga benar-benar memberikan kepuasan terhadap masyarakat baik dari segi waktu maupun teknis pelaksanaannya,” imbuhnya.
Sementara itu salah satu Warga weleri,Doni (20)tahun, yang memanfaatkan aplikasi mengatakan bahwa pelayanan aplikasi ini sebagai bagian dari pelayanan daring sangat bagus dalam mendukung kebijakan pemerintah terutama penerapan social distancing maupun physical distancing guna mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Disamping itu dari segi waktu sangat efektif karena selaku kaling, pihaknya tidak perlu lagi ke puspem untuk mengurus administrasi warganya tapi cukup dari rumah sehingga dapat mengerjakan tugas-tugas lainnya.
