JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Polres kendal ungkap Kasus tindak pidana penganiayaan yang terjadi di Toko Muncul Baru Motor, Jalan Sujono Desa Kebumen Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal, Senin ( 4/1/2021) pukul 08.30 Wib.
Dalam keterangan konpers Yang dilakukan Kapolres Kendal AKBP Raphael Sandhy Cahya Priambodo, kejadian bermula pada saat itu korban ER, 30 th, karyawan toko, warga Desa Curugsewu Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal bersama rekan kerjanya yang merupakan karyawan Toko Muncul Baru Motor selesai membuka toko lalu datang seorang laki-laki yang merupakan pelaku, kemudian pelaku berdebat dengan korban di gudang samping toko.
Tak berlangsung lama, korban masuk ke dalam toko disusul oleh pelaku kemudian terjadilah penganiayaan tersebut. Pelaku melakukan penganiayaan dengan menggunakan senjata tajam jenis pisau belati yang ditikamkan ketubuh korban beberapa kali.
“Setelah melakukan penganiayaan pelaku melarikan diri, namun sempat akan ditangkap warga sekitar maupun pengunjung toko pada saat itu, namun pelaku berhasil melarikan diri menggunakan kendaraan yang dibawanya KBM Toyota Avanza dengan Nopol B – 1334 – PYN”.
Korban dalam keaadaan luka-luka dibawa ke Puskesmas Sukorejo oleh karyawan toko lain, dan melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Sukorejo.
Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan, diduga motif pelaku melakukan penganiayaan tersebut karena tidak terima akan diputus oleh korban, Korban dan pelaku sempat berpacaran ketika mereka sama-sama bekerja di Jogjakarta.
“Dari kejadian tersebut korban mengalami luka robek pada dada samping kiri, luka pada lengan kiri, luka pada kepala samping kiri depan dan luka pada kepala samping kiri tengah.
Dari hasil penyelidikan oleh Unit Reskrim Polsek Sukorejo bersama Tim Opsnal Sat Reskrim Polres Kendal.
Polres Kendal dipimpin Kasat Reskrim Polres Kendal pelaku yang sebelumnya melarikan diri dapat ditangkap di Yogyakarta pada hari Selasa ( 5/1/ 2021 malam.
“Tersangka Andri Setiawan,37 Th, Ds. Muja Muju Kec. Umbulharjo Kota Jogjakarta”.
Modus operandi, pelaku berpura-pura menanyakan uang yang pernah diberikan pada korban dan setelah bertemu ternyata
tidak terima telah diputus cintanya oleh korban, sehingga marah lalu menusukkan belati yang sudah dipersiapkan sebelumnya.
Barang bukti yang diamankan 1 (satu) pasang sandal karet model slop warna hitam kombinasi putih, sarung pisau belati, 1 (satu) bilah pisau belati, imbuh Kapolres Kendal AKBP Raphael Sandhy Cahya Priambodo
“Pasal yang disangkakan kepada tersangka, atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 351 ayat (2) KUHP tentang penganiayaan dengan ancaman pidana maksimal 5 tahun penjara”.
