DPC AWPI Kota Semarang Akan Ciptakan Jurnalis Handal
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Jurnalis yang handal harus bisa membuat berita yang faktual dan profesional (4/2/2021)
Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Asosiasi Wartawan Profesional Indonesia (DPC AWPI) kota Semarang Yudi Hendrilia M.Pd.K (yudiwong) menginginkan supaya wartawan bisa menjadi barometer penulisan berita yang bisa mengigit apalagi dengan kondisi saat ini yang di sampaikan di sela-sela rapat internal di Tri Lomba Juang kota Semarang.
“Semarang merupakan salah satu kota yang sangat representatif untuk kita gali melalui jurnalis, dalam hal ini kita sudah membentuk panitia workshop dengan membawa tema ‘tumbuhkan jurnalis yang handal’. Persiapan kita sudah matang 85 persen kita sudah siap tinggal nunggu persiapan kita secara teknik ,” paparnya.
Selanjutnya, dia juga sudah menunjuk ketua panitia workshop sebagai leadership yang berpengalaman di bidang jurnalis, M.Taufiq, S.Pd sebagai ketua panitianya.
“Acara nanti kami batasi 50 peserta saja, karena masih dalam masa pandemi. Rencananya akan dibagi dua session dalam pelaksanaannya,” lanjutnya
Dia juga berharap, dengan ada nya wadah AWPI di kota Semarang ini bisa membantu jurnalis-jurnalis yang handal serta bisa mencetak wartawan-wartawan yang pemula maupun profesional nantinya.
Sementara Ketua Panitia workshop Jurnalistik AWPI M.Taufik ,S.Pd menjelaskan, penyelenggaraan Workshop Jurnalistik merupakan salah satu agenda DPC AWPI Kota Semarang. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, tujuannya mencetak jurnalis handal yang nantinya 9di awali dengan workshop.
Nantinya peserta yang memiliki bakat dan tertarik di bidang jurnalistik bisa kita wadahi di AWPI dan kemudian ada lanjutanya usai mengikuti workshop,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya kegiatan ini ditujukan pada peserta yang awam terhadap jurnalistik namun juga membuka diri bagi yang udah punya dasar jurnalistik tapi ingin ikut kami persilahkan.
“Kita lihat nantinya peserta yang mempunyai kemauan, kemampuan dan keseriusannya usai mengikuti workshop,” terang Taufiq.
“Dalam pelaksanaanya yang semestinya hari sabtu 6 februari 2021, namun berhubung dengan adanya perpanjangan PPKM tahap 2 dan adanya Surat Edaran dari Gubernur Jateng, Ganjar Pranowo dengan ‘Jateng dirumah saja 2 hari ,6-7 februari 2021’ maka pelaksanaan workshop kita undur pastinya sabtu 20 februari 2021,” pungkasnya.
Pada kesempatan terpisah Ketua Kominfo kota Semarang Dr.bambang Pramusinto SH,S.I.P.M.Si, ketika di temui di kantornya siap mendukung program AWPI kota semarang untuk mengadakan pelatihan jurnalis dasar ini kami punya fasilitas silakan kami akan membantu dalam bentuk media dan alat yang di butuhkan nanti.
