AWPI Kota Semarang, Bantu Sembako Warga Muktiharjo Lor
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – DPC AWPI (Asosiasi Wartawan Profesional Indonesia), Kota Semarang, sambangi Warga Sendang Indah Timur Rw 02, Kelurahan Muktiharjo Lor, Kecamatan Genuk, Kota Semarang, yang terdampak banjir memberikan bantuan sembako, Selasa (9/2/2021).
Tindak lanjut ini dilakukan setelah tim investigasi AWPI Kota Semarang, sehari sebelumnya telah mengecek lokasi kejadian dimana warga mengeluhkan, selama terdampak banjir sejak Sabtu dini hari(6/2) hingga Senin (8/2), belum tersentuh bantuan dari pihak Pemkot Semarang.
Ketua DPC AWPI Kota Semarang, Yudi Hendrilia,M.Pd.K., mengapresiasi terhadap para donatur, sponsor maupun berbagai pihak yang memberikan dukungannya pada teman teman AWPI, dalam mensikapi korban terdampak banjir, khususnya warga Kampung Sendang Indah timur, kelurahan Muktiharjo lor, Kecamatan Genuk Semarang.
“Kami bergerak cepat, dalam hal ini kepedulian AWPI terhadap korban terdampak banjir yang cukup serius ditempat tersebut. Oleh sebab itu kami bersama segenap pengurus membantu dan meringankan warga untuk peduli berbagi sesama dengan memberikan bantuan sembako berupa beras, mie instant, serta menyak, goreng dan gula pasir,” Kata Yudi
“Bagaimanapun juga kita meringankan beban mereka dengan memberikan bantuan sembako tersebut,” imbuh Yudi
Lanjut Yudi, ia beserta rekan rekannya sangat peduli dan respek terhadap kejadian ini, dan ia tidak pernah lupa, bahwa perlu adanya sigap dan tanggap dengan kejadian seperti ini.
“Oleh sebab itu kami percaya semua itu akan terjadi, semua ini tidak di minta oleh manusia, ini semua ujian dari Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, apapun akan kita bantu, demi kemanusiaan,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, Solikhin salah satu warga Sendang Indah Timut Rt 05 Rw 02, Kelurahan Muktihatjo lor, Kecamatan Genuk, mengungkapkan, dirinya sangat berterima kasih dengan adanya bantuan ini.
“Bantuan ini sangat berarti buat kami, karena selama terdampak, warga disini belum menerima bantuan, sekali lagi kami ucapkan terima kasih kepada AWPI yang telah peduli pada warga disini,” ucapnya.
Solikin juga menambahkan, genangan air di wilayah RW O2 ini, memang belum surut hingga kini. Bahkan masih menggenangi rumah warga dan rumahnya walau hanya sepuluh centimeter.
“Kami juga berharap, selain adanya bantuan sembako ini, pengobatan untuk warga disini dari dinas kesehatan juga dapat di berikan pada kami, karena selama ini, kami harus berendam dalam air kaki kami,” tuturnya sambil menunjukkan kakinya yang terkena kutu air.
Senada dengan Solikin, Ketua Rt 05 Rw 02, Sendang Indah Timur, Joko mengatakan, dirinya mengucapkan terima kasih atas kepedulian dan bantuan sembako dari rekan rekan wartawan yang tergabung dalam DPC AWPI Kota Semarang.
“Saya atas nama warga Sendang Indah Timur, khususnya wilayah Rt 05 Rw 02, sangat mengucapkan terima kasih banyak atas bantuan sembako ini,” ungkapnya.
