Muasyawarah PDBI Kota Semarang, Kedepankan Profesinolitas Atlet
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARNAG – Program Kerja, PDBI (Persatuan Drum Band Indonesia) Kota Semarang mengadakan Musyawarah Kota (Muskot) di Hotel Andelis, Jl. Admonodirono 1 Kota Semarang, Kamis, (12/8/2021)
Demi mengedepankan profesionalitas atlit, PDBI kota Semarang mengadakan kegiatan Muskot. Di kegiatan tersebut membahas dan mengevaluasi kegiatan periode kepimpinan 2017-2020 serta mengakhiri masa jabatan periode tersebut.
Secara keseluruhan, acara berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ada kendala apapun.
Banyak prestasi yang sudah diraih PDBI kota Semarang. Bahkan di tahun 2018-2019 sempat menyabet juara umum. Keberhasilan dan prestasi inilah yang dibawa untuk dijadikan acuan dalam Muskot.
Untuk meningkatkan kinerja PDBI, Priode 2021-2025, dibutuhkan pemimpin yang kreatif dan tangguh.
Kedepanya konsep PDBI adalah pengembangan atlit diajang prestasi. Dengan Muskot, pemilihan kepemimpinan yang akan menahkodai PDBI dapat menghasilkan pemimpin yang hebat sehingga mampu menghadapi berbagai tantangan di era digitalisasi.
Selain hal tersebut, evaluasi secara internal juga dilakukan dan juga di kaji sehingga prestasi-prestasi yang mengharumkan PDBI dapat diraih kembali.
Ketua Panitia PDBI Muskot Kota Semarang Yuli Winarti S.Pd, M.Pd mengatakan, Seperti Tahun 2019 tahun yang lalu, target utama Muskot akan memilih ketua secara aklamasi.
“Mesikpun program ini sempat tertunda di Tahun 2020 kemarin dan ditahun ini kami lakukan terbatas jumlahnya dan sesuai protokol kesehatan yang ada, apalagi ini PPKM level 4 sedang berlaku,” Ungkapnya
Ketua PDBI lama Dr. Anang Budi Utomo S.Pd, S.Mn, M.Pd saat sambutan, berharap Muskot berjalan dengan baik dan berlangsung sesuai dengan rencana.
“Untuk pemilihan ketua yang baru mekanisme dan tata cara Muskot di jalankan dengan baik, dalam evaluasi kami perlu adanya perhatian khusus untuk atlit,” pintanya
Tambahnya, pelatihan yang ekstra ketat, secara angka menurutnya kurang menguntungkan untuk tahun ini, tetapi Kabupaten Demak yang memenangkan tahun lalu pelatihnya dari Kota Semarang semua.
“Pelatih-pelatih yang memenangkan tahun lalu seperti kota Demak pelatihnya temen-temen dari kota Semarang semua jadi, Semarang bisa mencetak atlit-atlit yang prestasi dan handal kedepannya,” ungkap Anang.
Kepala Dispora Prov. Jateng Dr. Supoyo Puji Atmojo, mengungkapkan PDBI Kota Semarang banyak memberikan kontribusi yang luar biasa untuk Kota Semarang. Begitu juga pelatih-pelatih yang hebat dari Kota Semarang.
“Kota-kota lain bisa menang sebab pelatihnya berasal dari kota semarang seperti Kabupaten Grobogan dan Demak yang tahun ini bisa juara dikarenakan pelatih atlit dari kota Semarang. Oleh karena itu kedapannya PDBI Kota Semarang semakin eksis dengan ketua baru nanti,” ungkapnya
Wakil ketua Koni Kota Semarang Heru, memperingatkan, PDBI Kota Semarang harus lebih hati-hati untuk pertanggungjawaban kinerja kedepannya. Ia juga menegaskan jangan sampai ada celah untuk kegagalan berikutnya.
“Kita tetap waspada, apalagi tentang transparasi keuangan internal. Disamping itu nanti didalam pemilihan ketua tidak boleh merangkap jabatan dimana -dimana kecuali wakil yang non struktural. Itupun harus di bicarakan dengan matang dalam AD/RT yang ada,” pintanya.
Dia berharap PDBI Kota Semarang bisa memilih ketua yang tangguh dan handal serta profesional.
Untuk diketahui, pemilihan ketua PDBI yang di koordinir oleh Bambang Pur secara aklamasi, Dr. Anang Budi Utomo S.Pd, S.Mn, M.Pd, terpilih lagi sebagai ketua Baru Periode 2021-2025 secara aklamasi.
