Kecangihan Kapal Selam Alugoro-405 Buatan PT PAL Indonesia

JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kapal Selam Alugoro-405 yang dibangun Kementrian Pertahanan (Kemenhan) melalui PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) berkerjasama dengan perusahaan Korea Selatan, Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) telah rampung dibangun untuk kebutuhan alat utama sistem persenjataan (alutsista) TNI Angkatan Laut (AL).

Proses serah terima Kapal Selam Alugoro-405 dilakukan di PT PAL Indonesia, Surabaya, Jawa timur oleh DSME kepada Kemenham, Rabu (17/3/2021).

Lebih jauh, Proses perakitan Kapal Selam Alugoro-405 dibuat oleh PT PAL melalui proses panjang, dan setidaknya dalam kurun waktu 2019-2020.

Berikut perjalanan kapal selam rakitan PT PAL Indonesia dalam dua tahun terakhir sampai persiapan dikirim ke Kemenhan sebagai pemesan.

Kemampuan Awal

PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) sempat melaksanakan tahapan First Trimming Test Kapal Selam Alugoro-405 di Dermaga Kapal Selam PT PAL Indonesia (Persero), pada 24 Oktober 2019.

Tahapan sangat krusial dalam menguji keseimbangan kapal selam baik di permukaan maupun di bawah permukaan.

Kapal Selam Alugoro berhasil memenuhi syarat kestabilan di permukaan dan pada saat menyelam.

Tes ini membutuhkan kondisi perairan yang tenang, dan memiliki kedalaman antara 15-18 meter.

Kadep Humas PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) Utario Esna Putra menegaskan, bukan berarti kapal selam Alugoro hanya bisa menyelam 18 meter saja di tahap awal.

Tapi, kata dia, tes kedalaman 18 meter di awal-awal hanya untuk uji fungsi saja, bahwa kapal selam berfungsi dengan baik.

“Kapal dari awal memang diset untuk kedalaman sampai 300 meter,” kata Utario.

250 Meter

Pada 20 Januari 2020, kapal selam Alugoro-405 menjalani tahapan Nominal Diving Depth(NDD) di Perairan Utara Pulau Bali.

NDD merupakan bagian dari 53 item Sea Acceptance Test(SAT) Kapal Selam Alugoro.

Tahapan NDD dinyatakan berhasi lantaran Kapal Selam Alugoro-405 berhasil menyelam hingga kedalaman 250 meter.

Menurut Kepala Divisi Kapal Selam PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) Satriyo Bintoro tahapan NDD ini sangat penting.

“Karena setelah tahapan NDD berhasil dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan 90% proses pembangunan kapal selam telah berhasil,” kata Satriyo.

310 Meter

Pada 4 Maret 2020, Kapal selam Alugoro-405 telah berhasil menjalani tahapan uji Tactical Diving Depth (TDD) hingga kedalaman 310.8 meter di Perairan Utara Pulau Bali.

TDD adalah tes kedalaman taktis bagi sebuah Kapal Selam pada kedalaman di bawah layer laut yang sulit dideteksi kapal atas air.

TDD juga merupakan bagian dari 53 item Sea Acceptance Test (SAT) Kapal Selam Alugoro-405

Menurut Kepala Divisi Kapal Selam PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) Satriyo Bintoro tahapan TDD ini penting untuk uji kekedapan kapal.

“Terbukti, kapal selam dapat mempertahankan kekedapan pada kedalaman 300 meter dengan tekanan lingkungan pada kedalaman tersebut sebesar 30 bar,” kata Satriyo.

Sempat “Menghilang”

Namun, proses uji coba kapal selam buatan Indonesia sempat hanya terlacak pada akhir Juli 2020.

Sebab, setelah itu, perkembangannya sempat senyap tanpa jejak.

Setidaknya sampai akhir Oktober 2020, Kapal Selam Alugoro-405 masih menjalani serangkaian tes yang dirahasiakan oleh PT PAL.
