Publik Speaking, Sebagai Tindak Lanjut Pemantapan Komunikasi Publik
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Argo Yuwono resmi membuka pelatihan public speaking sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut 100 hari program Prioritas Kapolri yakin pemantapan Komunikasi Publik.
Argo mengatakan, pelatihan yang mengusung tema Penguatan Kapasitas SDM Polri yang Presisi (Prediktif, Responsibilitas, Transparansi, dan Berkeadilan) ini diikuti oleh seluruh Kabid Humas Polda jajaran serta perwakilan Puspen TNI, Dispen TNI AD, Dispen TNI AL, dan Dispen TNI AU melalui virtual.
“Ini sebagai bentuk penguatan kapasitas sumber daya Komunikasi Publik. Serta sebagai bekal bagi seluruh Kapolres dan Kabid Humas agar memiliki kemampuan berbicara di depan publik dan media yang profesional dan berdampak positif bagi citra Polri,” kata Argo Yuwono dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (22/2).
Pelatihan yang menggandeng LKBN Antara itu, sambung Argo, nantinya mengajak peserta untuk mempelajari bagaimana mengemas teknik komunikasi verbal dan non verbal agar dapat disampaikan secara efektif, yang bermuara pada pembentukan citra positif Polri dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat.
“Saya harap peserta pelatihan dapat memanfaatkan pelatihan ini dan dapat menjadi manfaat serta betul-betul menjadi momentum peningkatan kapasitas diri sebagai leading sektor wajah Polri di wilayah,” harap Argo.
Fungsi Kehumasan pada organisasi Polri tidak ubahnya merupakan instrumen strategis yang diperlukan untuk membangun komunikasi yang sejajar dengan masyarakat, sekaligus konstruktif, terkait dengan terbangunnya Image Positif bagi Eksistensi Polri, sehingga memungkinkan terwujudnya kesepahaman pengertian serta dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan melalui terbangunnya reputasi Polri yang baik dimata masyarakat.
Adapun waktu pelatihan ini dilaksanakan mulai Jumat 22 hingga 26 Februari 2021 melalui virtual secara langsung dari siaran virtual dari Kantor Antara di Jalan Merdeka Selatan dengan jumlah peserta secara keseluruhan 530 personel Bidang Humas Polda jajaran.
