Antisipasi Bencana Banjir, TNI Polri Banjarnegara Gelar Latihan Bersama
JURNALJATENG.ID, BANJARNEGARA – Akhir-akhir ini sejumlah wilayah di Jawa Tengah terendam banjir akibat dari curah hujan tinggi, sebagai persiapan menghadapi bencana alam Jajaran Sat Sabhara Polres Banjarnegara bersama dengan prajurit TNI Kodim 0704 Banjarnegara menggelar latihan penanganan bencana banjir bandang di Sungai Serayu The Pikas Resort Banjarnegara, Sabtu (20/2/2021).
Kapolres Banjarnegara AKBP Fahmi Arifrianto, SH, SIK, MH, M.Si mengatakan, pelatihan tersebut dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan personel dalam menghadapi ancaman bencana, khususnya banjir di Wilayah Banjarnegara.
“Kita sebagai aparat dituntut untuk siap dan sigap apabila dibutuhkan dalam membantu penanganan bencana alam banjir, baik di wilayah Banjarnegara maupun di wilayah lain,” katanya saat memberikan sambutan pembukaan pelatihan.
Menurutnya, selain melatih kemampuan fisik, personel juga harus memiliki skill yang mumpuni. Latihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memupuk sinergi antara Polri dengan TNI maupun dengan instansi lain.
“Sinergi sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat. Baik pada saat penanganan bencana maupun sektor lain,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kasat Shabara AKP Agustinus Krisdwiantoro, SH mengatakan, saat pelarihan peserta didampingi oleh resque dari The Pikas sebagai pemandu lapangan, pelatihan ini menerapkan skenario yang telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi sebenarnya. Terutama, saat terjadi banjir terjadi di wilayah Banjarnegara.
“Dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini kami melibatkan TNI Polri tim resque dan anjing pelacak K-9 yang memiliki keahlian mencari mayat,” tuturnya.
Ia mengungkapkan, dalam latihan ini diasumsikan ada masyarakat yang terjebak banjir dan tim melakukan evakuasi dan pertolongan pertama oleh tim medis Sarsipol, mengecek pernafasan, denyut nadi, melakulan CPR, membantu dengan alat oksigen
“Simulasi evakuasi korban banjir dari awal evakuasi sampai dengan pertolongan pertama oleh tim medis Sarsipol, kami juga siapkan posko bencana dan tempat pengungsian,” tandasnya.
