JURNALJATENG.ID, PEKALONGAN – Laskar Merah Putih Indonesia (LMPI ) Kota Pekalongan menggelar Musyawarah Cabang (Muscab) yang diikuti empat Markas Anak Cabang (Maca) LMPI serta pengurus Markas Cabang dan Daerah yang bertempat di RM. Sego Dalem jalan raya Pekalongan-Batang KM 3 Kota Pekalongan, minggu ( 21/3/2021)
Acara dihadiri masing masing pengurus Markas Daerah LMPI dan Pengurus Markas Cabang Kab.Batang, Kab.Pekalongan serta Kab.Brebes.
Aksi saling menyampaikan pandangan terjadi di ruang sidang Pembuka musyawarah Laskar MerahPutih Indonesia Markas Cabang Kota Pekalongan. Acara yang dihadiri oleh Pengurus Markas Daerah dan Pengurus Markas Cabang Batang, Kabupaten Pekalongan, serta Kabupaten Brebes itu dimulai pada pukul 11.00, dan dibuka oleh sekretaris LMPI Eddy Setiono.
Sejak dimulai acara telah diwarnai dengan adu argument tentang sahnya penyelenggaraan musyawarah cabang atau muscab.
Peristiwa ini terjadi ketika ketua yang masih berstatus Plt menanyakan tentang keabsahan cap atau kop surat yang dipakai panitia, mendapatkan kejanggalan. Pelaksanaan yang dianggap tak sah, karena cap yang benar ada di tempat ketua.
Eddy Setiono selaku sekretaris yang lama menerangkan, bahwa masalah kepala surat (kop) yang digunakan oleh panitia merupakan cap pengganti yang hilang, namun bentuknya sama, sehingga tidak mengurangi keabsahan alat administrasi tersebut.
“Juga kop surat bukannya salah tapi bahwa kop surat itu milik panitia yang beralamat di Sokorejo”, jelasnya.
Rapat pembuka berjalan alot dan banyak argumentasi serta pendapat yang dilontarkan para anggota hingga siang, acarapun diskors sementara untuk isoma.
Sidang rapat musyawarah dilanjutkan dengan Sambutan Pengurus Markas Daerah Didik Pranoto SE, dalam sambutannya dia menyammpaikan penjelasan sejarah perjalanan LMPI, dan tata cara dalam memilih ketua. Didik menawarkan dua opsi tata cara dalam pemilihan, secara Aklamsi atau pilihan oleh panitia. Dan melalui voting acara langsung disetujui pemilihan yang dipimpin oleh panitia yang telah ditunjuk, sambutan Didi berakhir dengan penetapan demisioner semua kepengurusan yang lama, (keadaan tanpa pengurus).
Suasana sidang kembali ramai, ketika sidang panitia yang dipimpin oleh Teguh Prasojo, banyak reaksi, ketika Tata Tertib musyawarah cabang dibacakan. Tetapi panitia tetap menawarkan siapa saja tokoh yang diusulkan menjadi kandidat. Ada 3 nama tokoh kandidat yang diajukan yaitu Fauzan, Budi Raharjo dan Arif. Dalam pimilihan akhirnya Fauzan memnperoleh 10 suara, Budi Raharjo 1 suara, serta Arief tidak memperoleh suara, dan Abstain 2 suara.
