Satreskrim Polres Kendal Ungkap Kedok Penipuan Sewa Mobil
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Satreskrim Polres Kendal berhasil ungkap kasus tindak pidana penipuan 1 unit mobil,
yang terjadi di Desa Turunrejo,Kecamatan Brangsong- Kabupaten Kendal, kejadian tersebut terjadi Kamis,17/2020 jam 17.00 Wib.
Sementara kronogi kejadian pada hari Kamis tanggal 17 September 2020 pelaku menyewa mobil korban selama 3 hari yang, akan digunakan untuk mensurvei alat berat di daerah Bekasi dengan harga tiap hari sebesar Rp. 250.000,- (dua ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah). Namun setelah 3 hari terlewati mobil tidak dikembalikan hingga 4 bulan.
Saat dihubungi melalui telpon selulernya, JKTH juga tidak pernah merespon dan tidak diketahui dimana keberadaannya. Setelah 120 hari tidak ada kabar berita, kemudian korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polres Kendal
Wakapolres Kendal Kompol Doni Eko Listianto menyampaikan bahwa Satreskrim Polres Kendal berhasil meringkus Pelaku bernama JKTH(41) swasta, Bertempat tinggal didesa Turunrejo Kecamatan Brangsong, Kabupaten Kendal, modus operandi Pelaku menyewa mobil selama 3 hari namun tidak dikembalikan.
“Untuk barang bukti telah diamankan 1 (satu) unit Mobil Daihatsu Xenia dengan Nopol H 8992 QY, Atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 378 KUHP tentang penipuan dengan ancaman, pidana maksimal 4 tahun penjara,” ungkapnya saat konferensi pers Jumat (29/01/2021)
Selanjutnya tindak lanjut yang dilakukan Polres Kendal akan melakukan pemeriksaan dan penahanan terhadap tersangka. Melengkapi pemeriksaan saksi lainnya. Melakukan rekonstruksi kejadian untuk melengkapi berkas perkara, Koordinasi dengan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU). Menyelesaikan dan menyerahkan berkas perkara ke JPU.
