Satpol PP Kota Semarang Ratakan Karaoke Liar
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Satpol PP Kota Semarang membongkar 18 tempat karaoke liar yang di kawasan Pasar Johar Relokasi, Jalan Arteri Soekarno Hatta, Rabu (16/12/2020).
Tempat karaoke itu dibongkar karena menyalahi aturan dan berdiri di atas lahan milik orang lain.
Satpol PP mengerahkan dua alat berat (begu) untuk merobohkan bangunan tersebut. Pemilik maupun pengelola tempat karaoke hanya bisa pasrah menyaksikan tempat usahanya dibongkar.
Kepala Satpol PP Kota Semarang, Fajar Purwoto menerangkan, eksekusi bangunan karaoke liar itu sendiri merupakan tindak lanjut dari pembongkaran yang pernah dilakukan pada tahun 2019 lalu.
“Pernah kita bongkar, tapi kata mereka ini untuk kafe dan sudah ada pernyataan apabila digunakan untuk tempat karaoke, satpol pp silahkan ratakan bangunan,” ujarnya.
Eksekusi itu juga mendapat rekomendasi dari Dinas Tata Ruang (Distaru) Kota Semarang. Distaru sebelumnya telah memberikan peringatan ke para pengusaha karaoke untuk membubarkan tempat usahanya. Namun hingga batas waktu yang telah ditentukan, para pengusaha tak mengindahkan peringatan tersebut.
Fajar menambahkan, pembongkaran itu juga untuk menjaga kesucian wilayah Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah (MAJT). Kita tidak ada tebang pilih. Kalau pemilik menyatakan kenapa disana tidak dibongkar, lapor saya, pasti akan saya bongkar,” sambungnya.
Camat Gayamsari, Didik Dwi Hartono mengatakan, pihak kecamatan juga telah memperingatkan sebanyak tiga kali kepada pemilik bangunan. Keberadaan bangunan liar tersebut sudah lebih dari satu tahun.
“Dulu sudah dibongkar, mau alihfungsi kuliner tapi kenyataannya tidak untuk kuliner jadi Satpol melakukan penertiban,” katanya.
