Prajurit TNI, PNS, Persit KCK Batang Terima Motivasi Dari Pakar Komunikasi Nasional
JURNALJATENG.ID, BATANG – Menjaga produktivitas sebagai seorang prajurit TNI menjadi hal utama di masa pandemi Covid-19, yakni menjalin komunikasi yang intensif dengan sesama anggota Kodim 0736/Batang dan masyarakat setempat, agar kinerja semakin maksimal.
Dandim 0736/Batang Letkol Arh. Yan Eka Putra mengatakan, Saya ucapkan selamat datang kepada Bapak Dr. Aqua Dwipayana di Kodim Batang, saya berharap kepada rekan rekan prajurit, PNS dan Ibu-ibu Persit agar dapat memperhatikan beberapa materi tentang motivasi yang akan disampaikan oleh seorang pakar komunikasi dan motivator nasional.
”Karena motivasi yang disampaikan oleh Dr. Aqua Dwipayana tentunya sangat bermanfaat bagi para prajurit, PNS dan Ibu-ibu Persit Kartika Candra Kirana Cabang XXIV.
“Semoga ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan semangat anggota, menambah wawasan pengalaman demi meningkatkan kinerja,” harapnya.
Pakar Komunikasi dan Motivator Nasional, Dr. Aqua Dwipayana, memaparkan materinya dalam acara Sharing Komunikasi dan Motivasi, dengan tema “Tetap Produktif dan Menghasilkan Kinerja Terbaik Pada Tahun 2021 Meski Pandemi Covid-19, di Aula Gedung Pramuka Kabupaten Batang, Kamis (28/1/2021).
“Saya bisa melihat kedekatan emosional antara Dandim 0736/Batang Letkol Arh. Yan Eka Putra dengan anggotanya maupun Ibu-ibu Persit. Pelajaran utamanya adalah bagaimana menjadi pemimpin yang dicintai oleh prajuritnya, dengan melihat kinerja Dandim yang selama 2 bulan sudah banyak berperan ke dalam maupun ke luar,” ungkapnya.
Dr. Aqua menerangkan, sejak Maret 2020 lalu, pandemi Covid-19 telah melanda Indonesia.
“Yang istimewa, para prajurit TNI walaupun harus menjaga diri dan keluarganya, tapi tetap semangat membantu masyarakat yang mengalami Covid-19. Para prajurit berusaha melaksanakan pengamanan terhadap pasien Covid-19 yang meninggal sebelum dimakamkan maupun mengarahkan masyarakat agar selalu menerapkan protokol kesehatan 3M,” terangnya.
Dijelaskan, prajurit TNI sampai kapan pun kiprahnya sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat. Maka anggota Kodim 0736/Batang harus mensyukuri seperti kesejahteraan yang tetap terjaga dengan cara meningkatkan kinerja, menunjukkan upaya terbaik sebagai wujud rasa syukur kepada Allah Ta’a.
“Senjata utama prajurit TNI adalah komunikasi dengan lebih banyak melakukan pembinaan teritorial. Seorang Babinsa harus bisa menunjukkan penguasaan lapangan, pengalaman dan semuanya merupakan cerminan yang bagus serta tetap meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi diri dengan rajin menambah ilmu,” tegasnya.
Ia menambahkan, prajurit harus rajin berkomunikasi dan memperdalam informasi, sehingga di mana pun berada, dalam kondisi apapun, ketika bertemu masyarakat, anggota Kodim Batang siap melayani.”tambahnya
