Pindah Domisili, Begini Cara Mengurus Suratnya Secara Gratis

Jika anda memutuskan untuk pindah tempat tinggal maka harus mengurus surat pindah domisili. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk memperbarui database di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) serta mengganti data di Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) dan Kartu Keluarga (KK) milik Anda. Proses mengurus surat pindah domisili harus di mulai dengan mencabut data dari tempat tinggal asal kemudian mendaftar ke tempat tinggal baru.
Berikut alur mengurus surat pindah domisili:
Minta surat pengantar dari RT/RW di tempat yang akan Anda tinggalkan.
Kemudian anda harus ke Kelurahan untuk mengisi beberapa formulir seperti formulir F-1.01 (formulir biodata), F-1.15 (formulir KK baru), dan F-1.16 (Formulir perubahan KK).
Setelah mendapat surat keterangan dari Kelurahan, datang ke Kecamatan untuk meminta tanda tangan di surat tersebut.
Selanjutnya Anda harus mendatangi Disdukcapil di tempat tinggal lama untuk meminta penerbitan Surat Keterangan Pindah Warga Negara Indonesia (SKPWNI) dengan beberapa syarat yang Anda siapkan sebelumnya.
Jangan Lupa e-KTP Asli Harus di bawa, karena pada proses ini e-KTP lama Anda akan ditarik untuk menghindari dobel identitas.
SKPWNI dari Disdukcapil tersebut selanjutnya Anda bawa ke alamat domisili baru untuk mengurus surat keterangan pindah datang.
Setelah data Anda di tempat lama tercabut, Anda bisa segera mengurus surat pindah datang ke alamat domisili baru yang Anda tinggali.
Berikut alur mengurus surat pindah datang di domisili baru:
Datang ke kantor Kelurahan tempat tinggal baru dengan membawa surat pindah dari tempat lama. Di Kelurahan Anda akan diminta mengisi formulis F-1.38 yang merupakan formulir pindah datang dengan ditandatangani lurah atau kepala desa setempat.
Selanjutnya bawa surat dan formulir tersebut ke Kecamatan untuk meminta tanda tangan dari camat.
Langkah terakhir datangi Disdukcapil dan serahkan formulir yang telah lengkap tanda tangannya. Pihak Disdukcapil akan menerbitkan surat keterangan pindah datang setelah formulir Anda selesai diproses.
Surat keterangan tersebut berfungsi sebagai KTP sementara sembari menunggu KTP baru Anda diterbitkan oleh Disdukcapil.
Mengurus surat pindah dan surat pindah datang tidak dipungut biaya sepeser pun. Akan tetapi, masing-masing daerah memiliki prosedur yang relatif berbeda dalam menerbitkan surat keterangan pindah dan surat keterangan pindah datang, tetapi prosedure dan ketentuan secara garis besar sama.
