Tergiur Tubuh Elok, Anak Di Bawah Umur Jadi Korban Kekerasan Seksual Pamanya
MAMASA, jurnaljateng.id, Kasus Kekerasan seksual terjadi lagi terhadap anak dibawah umur yang masih duduk dibangku Sekolah Dasar (SD) berumur 11 tahun yang dilakukan oleh paman korban sendiri. Hal tersebut terjadi di Kabupaten Mamasa, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.
Kasatreskrim Polres Mamasa Iptu Dedi Yulianto mengatakan, pelaku yang berinisial BL (45th) merupakan warga Kecamatan Tandukkalua, Kabupaten Mamasa. Aksi kekerasan seksual itu dilakukan pelaku pada tahun 2018 lalu, saat korban berkunjung ke rumah paman korban.
“Saat tiba di rumah pelaku, korban disuruh untuk menyalakan api di atas tungku dapur pamannya itu. Saat korban sedang menyalakan api, pelaku memulai aksi pencabulannya itu,” kata Dedi Jumat (04/09/2020), dilansir dari liputan6. Pelaku memegang tangan korban dan menariknya ke dalam kamar.
Tak menunggu waktu lama, pelaku langsung melakukan aksinya dengan menyetubuhi korban. Setelah menyetubuhi korban, pelaku mengancam korban agar tidak menceritakan perbuatan yang dilakukan terhadap korban kepada siapapun, terutama kepada orang tua korban.
“Motif pelaku mencabuli korban karena tergiur melihat tubuh elok keponakannya itu,” ujar Dedi, sehingga nekat melakukan aksinya.
Dedi mengungkapkan, awal perbuatan cabul pelaku terungkap setelah korban menceritakan kejadian itu kepada temannya beberapa waktu yang lalu.
“Kejadian ini baru terungkap setelah rekan korban menceritakan kepada orang tuanya,” terang Dedi.
Setelah mengumpulkan keterangan, Polisi akhirnya menangkap dan menetapkan pelaku sebagai tersangka.
“Saat ini kami sudah menetapkan pelaku jadi tersangka, dan sudah kami tahan,” ungkap Dedi Yulianto, Jumat 04 Setember 2020 siang.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat undang-undang nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak. (LPTE/JJID).
