Gatot Dukung UU Ciptaker, Ini Penjelasan Deklarator KAMI
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Presidium Koalisi Aksi Menyelamatkan Indonesia (KAMI). Mantan Panglima Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) Negara Republik Indonesia diera Pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo 2014-2019. Gatot Nurmantyo secara tegas menyebut tujuan Omnibus Law Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja (UU Ciptaker) Mulia.
Hal tersebut di ucapkan dalam sebuah video bincang-bincang di akun YouTube milik dari pakar hukum tata negara Refly Harun, Kamis (15/10/2020).
Sikap Presidium KAMI, Gatot Nurmantyo yang tiba-tiba memuji Omnibus Law UU Ciptaker tersebut di anggap berbalik arah.
Mantan Mentri Joko Widodo Rizal Ramli kaget dengan sikap tersebut, menurutnya Gatot seharusnya bersama KAMI membantu rekan dan loyalisnya Syahganda Nainggolan yang di tahan polisi karena melakukan kritik terhadap UU ciptaker.
“Piye toh? Bukannya keluarin Syahganda, loyalis situ?” kata Rizal Ramli melalui akun twitternya, Jumat (16/10/2020).
Deklarator dan Komite Politik Koalisi Aksi Menyelamatkan Indonesia (KAMI) Gde Siriana Yusuf langsung menangapi untuk meluruskan pernyataan tersebut.
Dikutib dari rri.co.id, Ia mengatakan bahwa Gatot tidak mendukung UU Cipta Kerja yang sudah disahkan DPR
“Tujuan dan isinya berbeda bro. Ini cuma diambil buat judul,” kata Gde pada RRI.co.id di Jakarta, Sabtu (17/10/2020).
Gde menyampaikan bahwa ucapan Gatot Nurmantyo tidak seperti itu.
“Undang-undang ini untuk meningkatkan investasi harus ada. Tetapi, di dalam ini yang diatur ini kan ada pengusaha, ada buruh. Nah aturan tentang pengusaha dan buruh ini tidak boleh ada garis kaya mau perang, garis pemisah. Nah kemudian, tidak boleh berat sebelah, harusnya dilihat kita perlu pengusaha, kita juga perlu buruh,” tutur Gde yang menirukan ucapan Gatot dalam acara dialog di YouTube milik Pakar Hukum Tata Negara Refly Harun.
Dalam UU Ciptaker, kata dia, Gatot maunya normatif saja antara kepentingan pengusaha dan para buruh.
“Jadi omnibus law secara normatif tujuan baik jika isinya balance bukan untuk kepentingan pengusaha. Artinya semua UU kan secara normatif harus baik. Tapi kalau isi pasal dan ayat-ayatnya menyimpang dari konstitusi, mementingkan sekelompok masyarakat tertentu, ya jadi gak baik dong UU itu,” Pungkasnya.
