DJKN Temui Kabaharkam Polri Bahas Kerja Sama
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kepala Badan Pemelihara Keamanan (Kabaharkam) Polri, Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto, menerima audiensi dari Direktur Jenderal Kekayaan Negara Kementerian Keuangan RI, Isa Rachmatawarta, di Ruang Kerja Kabaharkam Polri, Kompleks Mabes Polri, Jakarta, Rabu, 21 Oktober 2020.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Kabaharkam Polri didampingi oleh Kakorbinmas, Karobinops, Dirpamobvit Korsabhara, Kasubdit Komsatpam/Polsus, dan Kabag Kerma Baharkam Polri. Sementara Dirjen Kekayaan Negara didampingi oleh Direktur Hukum dan Humas, Kasubdit Bantuan Hukum, dan Kasi Bantuan Hukum II DJKN.
Pertemuan ini beragendakan koordinasi dan penandatanganan Pedoman Kerja Sama (PKS) antara Baharkam Polri dan DJKN. Ruang lingkup PKS ini meliputi pertukaran data dan/atau informasi dan bantuan pengamanan.
Maksud PKS ini sebagai pedoman dalam rangka kerja sama pengamanan pada pelaksanaan tugas di bidang pengelolaan kekayaan negara, pengurusan piutang negara, dan lelang. Adapaun tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan sinergi dan keterpaduan dalam rangka peningkatan kerja sama pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi di bidang pengelolaan kekayaan negara, pengurusan piutang negara, dan lelang.
Terkait penyelamatan aset negara, Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto menilai, hal itu sangat penting terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Namun, ia mengingatkan, penyelamatan aset negara biasanya banyak yang terkait dengan masalah hukum, karena itu harus melibatkan Satker Polri lainnya, terutama Bareskrim Polri, sehingga akan lebih kuat dan lebih efektif.
“Kalau menyangkut keselamatan aset negara, yang didalamnya banyak unsur pidananya, sebenarnya yang lebih tepat adalah ditangani oleh Bareskrim Polri. Tetapi bila terkait dengan bantuan pengamanan, memang masih domain Baharkam Polri. Dalam hal penyelamatan aset negara, harus dibentuk gugus tugas/Satgas penyelamatan aset negara,” ungkap Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto.
Menurut Kabaharkam Polri, apapun yang menyangkut tentang negara, semuanya harus dilakukan berdasarkan kepentingan negara. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kesamaan pola pikir, tujuan, dan kepentingan seluruh pihak yang didasarkan untuk kepentingan negara.
“Pada intinya kami siap untuk berkerja sama dan membantu Ditjen Kekayaan Negara dalam mengamankan aset-aset negara ini,” tegas Kabaharkam Polri.
Dirjen Kekayaan Negara mengucapkan terima kasih atas sambutan hangat dari Kabaharkam Polri dan jajaran, khususnya terkait penandatanganan PKS ini yang mana diharapkan dapat menjadi pintu masuk DJKN ke Satker Polri lainnya.
Ia menjelaskan, pembuatan PKS ini merupakan hasil tindak lanjut MoU yang sebelumnya dibuat antara Kapolri dengan Menkeu pada tahun 2019. PKS dengan Baharkam Polri ini terkait tindakan preemtif dan preventifnya.
“Saya berharap kerja sama ini merupakan awal atas kerja sama yang lebih besar ke depannya, termasuk Pengadilan, Jaksa, dan lain-lain,” kata Isa Rachmatawarta.
