Kepsek SD Negeri 010 Patut Diacungkan Jempol, Hanafi,S.Pd Akui Kesilapannya
JURNALJATENG.ID, KAMPAR – Diduga Hanafi oknum Kepala Sekolah SDN 010 Teluk Kenidai Kab.Kampar memiliki nyali yang patut di acungkan jempol, setelah dipublikasikan beberapa media online dan dilaporkan dirinya ke Kejaksaan Negeri Bangkinang oleh team Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Perkumpulan Jurnalis Demokrasi Indonesia Demokrasi (PJI-Demokrasi) terkait dugaan pungutan liar (Pungli) kepada siswa didik berkedok LKS (Lembaran Kerja Siswa) justru memperlihatkan tajinya kepada orang tua siswa didiknya.
Taji yang diduga ditunjukkan oleh Hanafi selaku Kepala Sekolah terkait dugaan pungli berkedok LKS, ditunjukkan pada saat penerimaan lapor siswa didik yang dilaksanakan pada Jum’at (18/12/2020) kemarin. Dimana dalam penerimaan lapor siswa didik, siswa didik tidak akan memperoleh lapor jika orang tua didik belum melaksanakan pelunasan uang LKS dan seragam. Sebagaimana Informasi yang diterima team DPD dan DPC PJI-Demokrasi dari Narasumber yang minta identitasnya dilindungi.
Geram akan menerima laporan dari Narasumber tersebut diatas, Ismail Sarlata Ketua DPD PJI-Demokrasi Provinsi Riau langsung menghubungi Nandang Priyatna, S.Pd Kabid Dikdas Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kampar. Mempertanyakan apakah pihak sekolah dibenarkan menahan lapor siswa didik, jika orang tua didik (siswa) belum melakukan pelunasan uang LKS ?, serta mempertanyakan apakah pihak Dinas Pendidikan mengetahui akan laporan yang dilakukan DPC PJI-Demokrasi ke Kejaksaan Negeri Kab.Kampar. Terkait Dugaan Pungli yang diduga lakukan oknum Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri 010 via telp seluler pribadi miliknya (Nandang Kabid Dikdas Dinas Pendidikan Kampar*red) baru-batu ini.
” Saya membuat pengumuman lewat WhatsApp kepada seluruh Kepala Sekolah, yang tidak menginginkan apa yang terjadi seperti Kepala Sekolah Hanafi. Tidak ada Kepala Sekolah menghadang orang tua siswa menerima Lapor, dan tidak ada embel-embel dalam memberikan kepala sekolah.” ungkap Nandang Kabid Dikdas dengan Tegas via Telp
Saya komunikasi dengan Kejari biasa, tau saya. Makanya saya bilang, udah itu urusan kami pembinaan kami. Kalaupun dia salah tentu dibina dulu, kalau tidak bisa di bina terpaksa di binasakan, tambah Nandang saat dipertanyakan akan DPC PJI-Demokrasi Kampar laporkan Hanafi Kepala Sekolah SDN 010 Teluk Kenidai ke Kejari,terkait dugaan lakukan Pungli berkedok LKS
Usai menghubungi Nandang Kabid Dikdas Dinas Pendidikan, Ismail Sarlata Ketua DPD PJI-Demokrasi Provinsi Riau langsung menghubungi Hanafi oknum Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri 010 Teluk Kenidai Kampar. Mempertanyakan kebenaran pihak sekolahnya diduga lakukan lapor siswa, saat penerimaan lapor sebelum orang tua didik melakukan pelunasan LKS.
Akan pertanyaan tersebut diatas, dirinya Hanafi membantah akan adanya dugaan pihak sekolah menahan lapor siswa didik.
Sementara saat dipertanyakan, apakah tindakkan yang dilakukannya dibenarkan membuat surat edaran kepada orang tua didik dengan kops surat sekolah, yang ditanda tangani oleh dirinya (Hanafi) selaku Kepala Sekolah dan di Stempel basah, agar orang tua didik melunasi pembayaran LKS dan baju seragam di sekolah.
” Tidak saya sangkakan pula, itu memang apa, memang kesilapan saya. Saya tidak tau dan membaca akan Surat Edaran Menteri dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan . Dan saya mau ke Kabid dulu ni pak,dipanggil terkait hal tersebut.” tutup Hanafi dengan nada terbatah-batah pada Ismail Sarlata
