Wisata Karimunjawa Dibuka, Roda Ekonomi Berputar
JURNALJATENG.ID, JEPARA – Pelaku sektor pariwisata termasuk paling mengalami dapak pandemi Covid-19, selain sektor-sektor lainya seperti sektor hiburan atau yang mendatangkan banyak kerumunan masa. Saat ini pelaku pariwisata Karimunjawa bersyukur. Meski terbatas, pembukaan akses ke pulau tersebut telah memutar roda perekonomian para pelaku usaha pariwisata di karimun.
Para pelaku pariwisata yang berkontribusi ke Karimunjawa, mulai dari pemilik kapal, pemilik penginapan, warung dan juga penunjang pariwisata lainnya ekonominya mulai berdenyut seperti tanda adanya sebuah kehidupan.
Di kutib dari jatengprov.go.id, seperti yang dialami oleh pemilik kapal wisata Irvan. Ia menyebut, pandemi Covid-19 bepengaruh besar bagi usahanya. Praktis, dalam delapan bulan ia tak mengantar pelancong.
“Akhirnya ya jadi nelayan lagi, wong tidak ada wisata,” paparnya, Sabtu (17/10/2020).
Saat kondisi normal, ia mengaku bisa enam kali mengantar tamu. Tarif sewa kapalnya, sekitar Rp500 ribu pergi pulang. Dalam sekali antar, ia bisa membawa 10 orang wisatawan.
Namun, hal itu tak berlaku dalam kondisi pembatasan wisata seperti ini. Sekali berangkat, ia hanya bisa mengantar lima orang wisatawan.
Hal serupa diungkapkan pemilik penginapan “Azza” Novi. Pada pembukaan terbatas wisata ia hanya menerima delapan orang tamu. Hal itu berbanding terbalik dengan sebelum pandemi.
“Tapi alhamdulillah, sekarang sudah dibuka wisatanya. Kalau pas corona itu sama sekali tidak ada pengunjung,” paparnya.
Baik Irvan maupun Novi serta para pelaku usaha pariwisata lainnya berharap, pariwisata di Karimunjawa tetap kondusif selama diterapkannya pembatasan pariwisata. Mereka juga berusaha agar jangan sampai virus Corona menjangkiti warga sekitar.
“Ya jaga kesehatan saja, terus ikuti protokol kesehatan dari pemerintah, cuci tangan pakai masker,” ujar Novi.
Sebagai tindak lanjut dari pembukaan terbatas destinasi di Karimunjawa, pemerintah melakukan tindakan antisipatif. Di Pelabuhan penyeberangan Kartini Jepara, calon wisatawan diwajibkan melakukan tes cepat deteksi virus Corona (rapid test).
Sesampainya di Desa Karimunjawa, sebagai gerbang masuk pulau itu, pemerintah desa setempat menyiagakan relawan. Tugasnya, melakukan skrining ulang.
Kepala Desa Karimunjawa Arif Rahman mengatakan, pembentukan relawan telah dilakukan sejak April lalu. Mereka terdiri dari anggota Karang Taruna setempat.
Hal itu dibenarkan oleh anggota relawan Covid-19 Desa Karimunjawa, Atik. Menurutnya, selain pendataan, relawan juga berperan untuk melakukan sosialisasi tentang bahaya Covid-19.
“Kalau ada wisatawan yang datang, kita cek ada suratnya (rapid test) tidak, kemudian menandatangani surat pernyataan, berapa hari di Karimunjawa, (agen) yang bawa siapa, kita akan mengkoordinasikan kalau terjadi masalah, termasuk (seumpamanya) ada kaitannya dengan penularan virus,” paparnya.
Atik berharap, dibukanya wisata Karimunjawa tidak menimbulkan klaster penularan Covid-19. Untuk wisatawan, diharap bisa mematuhi peraturan dengan melakukan tes cepat dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan.
Sebagaimana dikabarkan, wisata Karimunjawa mulai dibuka terbatas dan bertahap pada Jumat (16/10/2020). Pada pembukaan ini, ada sekitar 100 orang wisatawan yang melancong ke pulau tropis tersebut.
