Kronologi Seorang Ibu Di Demak Aniaya Anak Perempuanya
JURNALJATENG.ID, DEMAK – Seorang ibu di Demak, Jawa Tengah, S (36) menganiaya anak kandungnya sendiri berinsial A (19). S tidak terpikir pertengkaran dengan anaknya berujung dirinya mendekam di tahanan Polres Demak.
Berdasarkan keterangan yang didapat dari Polres Demak kejadian bermula pada Berawal pada Jum’at (21/8/2020) sekitar pukul 17.00 WIB saat korban ditemani bapak korban hendak mengambil pakaian yang masih tertinggal di rumah tersangka di dirumah Ds. Banjarsari RT.04/04, Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak.
Sejak perceraian kedua orang tuanya korban sudah tidak tinggal bersama ibunya (tersangka). Bapak korban saat itu meminta tolong untuk di dampingi oleh Kepala Desa Banjarsari Haryono untuk mengambil pakaian korban yang masih tertinggal dirumah.
Haryono pun menghubungi Ketua RT setempat untuk ikut mendampingi korban dan Bapak korban. Setelah itu korban, Bapak Korban didampingi ketua RT berangkat bersama – sama menuju kerumah Tersangka (S).
Sesampainya dirumah Tersangka, korban masuk rumah bersama dengan Bapak Korban bersama dengan Ketua RT dan Kades tersebut. Lalu tersangka marah – marah kepada korban dan rombonganya dengan mengatakan “kamu tu anak durhaka lapo koe neng kene” (kamu itu anak durhaka ngapain kamu disini),” katanya pada korban.
Tak memperdulikan ucapak tersangka, korban kemudian mencari baju namun tersangka mendekati korban sambil marah lagi dengan mengatakan “koe golek i opo klambimu wes tak buak wes tak bakar” (kamu mencari apa bajumu sudah aku buang sudah aku bakar),” Kemudian korban diam saja tidak menjawab amarah tersangka.
Tak sampai disitu tersangka langsung mendorong saksi korban. Setelah itu korban bergegas keluar dari rumah namun tersangka mengejar korban dan menarik kerudung lalu rambut korban dijambak sampai korban mundur kebelakang beberapa langkah. Kemudian dari belakang terangka mencakar sebanyak 1 (satu) kali mengenai pelipis kiri korban sampai pelipis kiri korban terluka mengeluarkan darah.
Setelah itu tersangka mencakar hidung saksi korban sebanyak 1 (satu) kali sampai hidung korban terluka. Selanjutnya korban dipisah oleh Bapak korban, Ketua RT dan Pak Kades yang ikut mengantar. Setelah itu korban keluar rumah dan ketika korban keluar dari rumah, tersangka Sumiyatun masih mengejar korban dan membentak – bentak lalu saksi korban segera masuk kedalam mobil langsung pergi meninggalkan rumah.
Sementara Kasat Reskrim Polres Demak AKP Fahrul Rozi mengatakan pada prinsipnya pihaknya menindaklanjuti semua laporan dan aduan, pihaknya juga telah mencoba upaya mediasi namun dari pihak pelapor tidak menghendaki mediasi tersebut dengan alasan ibunya sudah sering berselingkuh dengan laki laki lain dan tidak mau mengakui kesalahannya.
“Selanjutnya kita laksanakan penyidikan, dan Alhamdulillah berkas perkara sudah dinyatakan lengkap oleh JPU (P.21), kita laksanakan tahap 2 atau pelimpahan berkas perkara dan barang bukti kepada kejaksaan pada hari Selasa minggu depan,”ungkapnya.
Terkait dengan penahanan, lanjutnya pihaknya memiliki alasan objektif dan subjektif, dimana pada alasan objektif bahwa persangkaan pasal dapat dilakukan penahanan sedangkan alasan subjektif dikhawatirkan tersangka melarikan diri, menghilangkan barang bukti dan mengulangi perbuatan.
Berdasarkan informasi dari Kepolisian, Tersangka sudah dicerai oleh suaminya (Bapak korban) karena ketahuan selingkuh oleh anak2nya di salah satu hotel di Bandungan.
