PakDhe Bas Tinjau Puskesmas Cepiring Dan RSUD Soewondo
JURNALJATENG.ID, KENDAL – Wakil Bupati Kendal, H Windu Suko Basuki hari melakukan kunjungan di UPTD Puskesmas Cepiring,dilanjutkan meninjau RSUD dr Soewondo Kendal,dengan Didampingi Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Ferinando Rad Bonay dan Plt Direktur RSUD Kendal, Dr Haris Triyanto, Rabu (24/3/2021).
Wakil Bupati Kendal, H Windu Suko Basuki mengatakan, tujuan kunjungan ke RSUD dan Puskesmas dalam rangka meninjau langsung pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat.
‘Saya selaku Wakil Pemerintahan yang baru, tentunya ingin bersilaturahmi dan berkenalan dengan beberapa jajaran, baik di rumah sakit maupun puskesmas. Tadi sebelum kesini, saya dan pak Kadinas (Dinkes) meninjau Puskesmas Cepiring,” terang Wabup.
Terkait dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan oleh RSUD, Wabup yang akrab disapa Pakde Bas mengaku, dirinya mempunyai strategi khusus dalam meningkatkan pelayanan rumah sakit di Kendal.
“Kebetulan, dalam pembagian tugas bupati dan wakil bupati, rumah sakit berada dibawah pembinaan dan pengawasan saya. Jadi sudah saya siapkan kiat-kiat khusus, agar pelayanan rumah sakit bisa lebih baik,” jelasnya.
Pakde Bas menegaskan, untuk saat ini secara keseluruhan, pelayanan RSUD sudah sesuai dengan prosedur. Namun, dalam peningkatan pelayanan prima dengan ditunjang perbaikan dan penambahan infrastruktur di RSUD Kendal.
Menurutnya, dengan luas RSUD sekitar lima hektare, kedepan bisa dikembangkan dengan diperluas ke belakang Karena kebetulan persis di belakang RSUD ada tanah seluas satu hektare lebih milik pemda yang bisa dimanfaatkan.
“Pengembangan perlu, jenengan bisa lihat bagaimana padatnya layanan kepada masyarakat disini. Insya Allah karena ini pelayanan kepada masyarakat, tentunya akan kita tingkatkan menjadi layanan prima. Sehingga masyarakat jadi mau berobat di rumah sakit,” ungkap Pakde Bas.
Sementara itu Plt Direktur RSUD Kendal, Haris Triyanto mengatakan, kunjungan Wakil Bupati ke RSUD adalah bagian dari peninjauan kepada unit-unit yang berada di dinas di bawah pembinaan dan pengawasan Wakil Bupati.
“Karena Dinas Kesehatan Kendal berada di bawah pembinaan dan pengawasan Bapak Wakil Bupati, jadi semua yang terkait pelayanan kesehatan di Kendal, menjadi kewenangan dan kebijakan pak wakil bupati,” terangnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Haris juga menyampaikan, bahwa terhitung sejak tanggal 4 Maret 2021, RSUD sudah tidak melayani pengobatan yang mengunakan Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM).
“Ini perlu kami sampaikan, dan tadi juga sudah kami sampaikan kepada pak Wabup, tentang tidak berlakunya SKTM. Ini penting, karena selama ini masih banyak warga yang berobat di RSUD dengan mengajukan SKTM,” jelasnya.
Dikatakan, dalam pertemuan dengan Wabup dan Kepala Dinkes Kendal, pihaknya juga sudah menyampaikan terkait SKTM.
“Kami sudah sampaikan kepada Pak Wabup dan Pak Kadinkes, dan ini akan dipikirkan, selanjutnya segera akan dibahas terkait permasalahan ini, dan solusinya para pengguna SKTM ini diikutsertakan melalui program Jamsostek,” ujar Haris.
Ditanya apa solusi jika ada masyarakat yang berobat dengan menggunakan SKTM, Haris menjawab pihaknya sudah tidak bisa menerima SKTM dan dimasukkan pasien umum.
