Prajurit Yonif 403/WP Diberikan Motivasi Dr Aqua Dwipayana
JURNALJATENG.ID, YOGYAKARTA – Puluhan prajurit tamtama, bintara dan perwira serta Persit Yonif 403/WP, Kamis (21/1/2021) mendapatkan motivasi dari pakar komunikasi dan motivator nasional Dr. Aqua Dwipayana. Motivasi yang diberikan tersebut sebagai upaya untuk persiapan satuan Yonif 403/WP menjelang keberangkatan sebagai prajurit Satgas Pamtas RI-PNG dalam waktu dekat ini.
Sementara itu sharing komunikasi dan motivasi yang dihelat di Gedung Serbaguna Yonif 403/WP kali ini dengan mengangkat tema “Tetap Produktif dan Menghasilkan Kinerja yang Maksimal Ditengah Pandemi Covid-19”.
Danyonif 403/WP Mayor Inf Ade Pribadi Siregar mengawali sambutannya dan mengatakan jika motivasi ini sangat positif bagi prajurit Yonif 403/WP yang dalam waktu dekat akan berangkat sebagai prajurti Satgas Pamtas RI-PNG. Dirinya berharap ini bisa memberikan motivasi dalam rangka menjalankan tugas pokok TNI.
“Diharapkan melalui motivasi yang dsampaikan oleh motyivatir nantinya bisa lebih semangat lagi dalam menjalankan tugas pengabdian Dan istri prajurit juga lebih semangat lagi mendukung suaminya bertugas, tidak galau saat ditinggalkan suami berangat tugas operasi,” tegas Mayir Ade Pribadi.
Sedangkan, Dr Aqua Dwipayana dalam paparannya menekankan agar para prajurit untuk memperbaiki komunikasi. Menurutnya, komunikasi itu menjadi sangat penting. Karena mulai dari bangun tidur sampai tidur lagi yang dominan itu komunikasi sekitar 80 persen.
“Komunikasi sangat penting. Apalagi komunikasi juga menjadi vital tatkala praurit nanti berada di wilayah penugasan. Untuk itu harus di perbaiki dan ditingkatkan oleh para prajurit,” kata Dr Aqua.
Selain komunikasi, bagaimana menjaga semangat pada diri sendiri. Ini agar para prajurit bisa menjalankan tugas dengan baik dalam menjaga Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI). Prajurit yang ada disini punya potensi untuk selalu bahagia, karena berada di area yang menyenangkan.
“Kunci itu semua pada diri kita. Diharapkan ini bisa meningkatkan semangat para prajurit bagaimana memberikan yang terbaik untuk NKRI, dan ibu-ibu Persit bisa memback up suaminya yang tengah bertugas,” tandasnya.
