JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Untuk mengurangi dampak kecanduan narkoba. Institute Penerima Wajib Lapor (IPWL) rumah rehab Surya Pancanaka Arjuna yang saat ini telah di bentuk Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) oleh bapak Alex Efendi SH, MH mengadakan training of trainer (TOT) di Jalan Sinar Asri 3 No 270 perum Sinar Waluyo, Kelurahan Kedungmundu, Kecamatan Tembalang Semarang, (13/12/2020)
Alex Efendi sebagai ketua DPP mengundang beberapa DPC di beberapa kota/kabupaten di Jawa Tengah yang dihadiri DPC kota Semarang, Kudus, Kendal dan beberapa DPC yang akan di bentuk di berbagai kabupaten/kota di Jawa tengah.
Dewan Perwakilan Wilayah (DPW) IPWL sudah terbentuk di berbagai propinsi dan luar negeri.
Dengan adanya kegiatan TOT ini rehabilitasi Surya Pancanaka Arjuna akan bergerak dengan profesional dan mengutamakan kajian-kajian teknis yang perlu diterapkan di lapangan sehingga butuh perhatian khusus.
Maruli Uta sebagai ketua program manager menjelaskan, sebagai konselor memberikan tambahan teknik.
“Kita harus siap menjadi seorang konselor profesional. Bisa dijadikan contoh menjadi seorang konselor. Ada beberapa tahapan yang harus di bangun.” Ungkapnya.
Membangun tempat rehabilitas tersebut. Antara lain form assist sebagai tahapan screening test. Untuk tahapan selanjutan sebagai data id peserta.
“Untuk mengetahui penilaian pengguna. Form untuk assist form sebagai data awal untuk mengetahuan awal” tandasnya.
Maruli Uta menjelaskan, akan mengadakan simulasi teknik untuk melatih tenaga konselor yang handal, paling tidak mengetahui teknik dan cara untuk mendekati pencandu tersebut.
Form asisment juga harus menjadi acuan ke masuk tahap berikutnya.
Prasetiyo menjelaskan, sebagai agen konselor untuk tahapan berikutnya tentang form assisment bisa menjadi tahapan kedua untuk mendeteksi pencandu tentang napza.
Di sela-sela TOT, Alex sebagai ketua DPP akan segera membentuk team penjamin mutu internal untuk membangun sumber daya manusia yang unggul untuk penanganan klien napsa di rumah Rehap nantinya.
