Presiden Jokowi Ucapkan Selamat Atas Pelantikan Joe Biden
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Presiden Joko Widodo menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada Joe Biden dan Kamala Harris atas pelantikan mereka sebagai Presiden ke-46 dan Wakil Presiden ke-49 Amerika Serikat.
Ucapan tersebut disampaikan Presiden melalui unggahannya di akun Twitter pribadi @jokowi pada Kamis, 21 Januari 2021, sekira pukul 09.12 WIB dengan menautkan gamitan (mention) langsung pada akun @JoeBiden dan @KamalaHarris.
“Congratulations @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris on your inauguration as the 46th President and 49th Vice President of the United States,” tulisnya.
Sebagaimana diketahui, Joe Biden dan Kamala Harris resmi dilantik di West Front Gedung Capitol AS, Washington DC, pada Rabu (20/1) waktu setempat atau Kamis (21/1) dini hari waktu Indonesia. Keduanya akan menjabat sebagai Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Amerika Serikat selama empat tahun ke depan.
Terkait hal tersebut, Presiden Joko Widodo berharap kemitraan strategis kedua negara dapat terus ditingkatkan. Kemitraan tersebut diharapkan tak hanya bermanfaat bagi kerja sama Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat saja, tapi juga bermanfaat untuk dunia yang lebih baik.
