JURNALJATENG.ID, MAKASSAR– Setelah memberikan arahan kepada para pejabat utama Polda Sulawesi Selatan (Sulsel), Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo melanjutkan silaturrahmi dengan ketua Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Sulsel
Anre Gurutta (AGH) KH Sanusi Baco di kediamannya Jalan Kelapa Tiga, Makassar, Jumat (12/2/2021) malam.
Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk mempererat hubungan Polri dan ulama serta ormas-ormas besar Islam. Kapolri meminta dukungan para ulama agar turut menyampaikan pesan-pesan kamtibmas melalui dakwah dan ceramah.
“Dukungan para ulama sangat penting untuk mewujudkan kamtibmas yang aman dan damai,” kata Sigit.
Sementara Anre Gurutta menyambut baik harapan Kapolri. Hal ini kata dia menjadi catatan tersendiri untuk senantiasa menyampaikan dakwah yang sejuk kepada masyarakat agar tercipta situasi kamtibmas aman dan damai.
