KPK Panggil dan Periksa Anies, Terkait Anggaran Pengadaan Tanah
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Tim Penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memangil dan melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan, Selasa (21/9/2021), sebagai saksi dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan tanah di Munjul, Pondok Rangon, Jakarta Timur Tahun 2019.
Plt Juru Bicara KPK bidang penindakan Ali Fikri mengatakan, Anies diperiksa terkait usulan anggaran dan mekanisme pelaporan dalam kasus ini.
“Dikonfirmasi secara umum antara lain terkait dengan proses usulan anggaran untuk dilakukannya penyertaan modal APBD DKI Jakarta kepada Perumda Sarana Jaya,” katanya melalui keterangan tertulis, Rabu (22/9/2021).
Selain kasus tersebut, Anies juga didalami penyidik KPK, terkait informasi terkait dengan program rumah DP Rp0.
“Saksi menerangkan mengenai salah satu penyertaan modal kepada Perumda Sarana Jaya yang diperuntukkan bagi pembangunan rumah DP Rp0,” kata Ali.
Diketahui, Lembaga Antikorupsi menetapkan PT Adonara Propertindo sebagai tersangka korporasi kasus ini. Selain itu KPK juga menetapkan lima tersangka dalam kasus ini. Mereka yakni mantan Direktur Utama Perumda Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, Direktur PT Adonara Propertindo Tomy Ardian, Wakil Direktur PT Adonara Propertindo Anja Runtuwene, dan Direktur PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur Rudy Hartono Iskandar.
Para tersangka disangkakan melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1) atau pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUH Pidana.
