Gotri menjelaskan, mengenai diperbolehkannya menyelenggaraan hajatan pernikahan, tetapi tetap mematuhi aturan yang diberlakukan seperti pembentukan panitia dan ketua panitia wajib mengajukan ijin ke Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19.
Dengan ketentuan, tidak diperkenankan menyediakan makanan dengan cara prasmanan, tetapi dengan menyajikan makanan dengan boks yang dibagikan tiap orang.
Selain itu Gotri Wijianto menambahkan, apabila dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat pelanggaran dan tidak mengikuti aturan yang tertuang di surat edaran, maka akan dikenakan sanksi, dari peringatan sampai penutupan.
Surat Edaran Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 Kabupaten Temanggung, yang di keluarkan dengan Nomor 360/398 Tahun 2020, tentang Panduan Pengendalian dan Pencegahan Covid-19 di Kabupaten Temanggung, tertanggal 4 Juli 2020 diedarkan mulai hari Kamis, 9 Juli 2020.
Surat edaran tersebut diharapkan bisa menjadi pedoman dalam pengendalian kegiatan masyarakat diberbagai bidang dalam kondisi menghadapi pandemi Covid-19, juga sebagai pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19.
