Langgar Protokol, Polisi Bubarkan Demo Mahasiswa Papua di Semarang
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Petugas Kepolisian dan Satgas Gabungan Penanganan COVID-19 Jawa Tengah membubarkan demo mahasiswa papua, yang berlangsung di Jalan Pahlawan (Patung Kuda Undip) Kota Semarang, pada Jumat (5/3). demo dibubarkan karena melanggar peraturan Walikota Semarang terkait penanganan pandemi.
Awalnya demo mulai pukul 09.00 wib dan menyuarakan otonomi khusus papua itu berlangsung kondusif. Meski begitu para pendemo tak patuh protokol kesehatan. Mereka tak menjaga jarak bahkan ada yang tak pakai masker
Sekitar pukul 10.45 wib demo mulai tak terkendali. Masa mulai ricuh.
Karena mulai ricuh itu, petugas secara perlahan membubarkan massa. Kabag Operasi Polrestabes Semarang AKBP Recky berulang kali menyampaikan agar masa membubarkan diri secara tertib dan mandiri.
Namun himbauan itu rupanya tak dihiraukan oleh massa. Massa semakin menjadi ricuhnya. Polisi pun terpaksa membubarkan demo itu. Sekitar 30 demonstran yang diduga sebagai provokator kericuhan diamankan ke truk polisi dan dibawa ke Polrestabes Semarang.
Sementara sisa demonstran diperintahkan polisi membubarkan diri pulang ke rumah masing masing. Yang terjadi malah mahasiswa papua hanya berpindah lokasi bertahan diri di pertigaan jalan Pleburan.
Di situ, lagi lagi, sempat diwarnai kericuhan. Ketika hendak dibubarkan seorang mahasiswa papua malah terlibat adu argumen dengan Kasat Sabhara Polrestabes Semarang AKBP Aries Dwi Cahyanto.
AKBP Aries sempat berdebat alot membubarkan massa dengan memberikan penjelasan. Namun massa bersikukuh tak mau bubar sebelum rekan rekannya yanh diamankan ke kantor polisi bisa dibebaskan.
Wakapolrestabes Semarang AKBP IGA Perbawa Nugraha mengatakan penyampaian pendapat di muka umum pada dasarnya sangat dilindungi oleh negara. Namun berdasarkan kesepakatan aturan Satgas Corona Kota Semarang, selama pandemi demo tak diperbolehkan.
“Penyampaian aspirasi sangat dilindungi, apalagi di Kota Semarang. Tak ada penyampaian aspirasi yang kita larang. Setiap hari mau menyampaikan aspirasi pun boleh. Selagi itu memenuhi mekanisme yang ditetapkan negara,” jelas AKBP IGA.
“Pemberitahuan unjuk rasa tidak kita terima. Bukan tidak ada ijin tapi memang tapi memang tidak kita terima. Secara peraturan perundang undangan maupun peraturan Walikota Semarang terkait PPKM Mikro pemberlakuan di saat pandemi covid-19, memang (unjuk rasa) tidak diperbolehkan. Semua sudah jelas, itu tidak diperbolehkan,” ungkapnya.
Sementara terkait demonstran yang diamankan, ia menegaskan mereka akan dimintai keterangan terkait aksi dan selanjutnya akan dilepas kembali.
