Miris….! Istri Tak Pulang, Seorang Ayah Tega Gantung Anak Kandungnya
PALEMBANG, jurnaljateng.id, Seorang ayah bernama Helios Juliantara (24) tega mengantung anak kandungnya sendiri yang baru berusia 3 tahun saat Warga Indonesia Memperingati Hari Kesaktian Pancasila. Jelas melanggar salah satu sila dari pancasila, sila yang ke dua dengan bunyi “Kemanusiaan Yang Adil dan Beradap”. Kejadian tersebut terjadi di Sukarami, Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, Kamis (1/10/2020).
Dalam penyelidikan yang dilakukan pihak kepolisian, tersangka mengaku kesal dengan istrinya yang tidak kunjung pulang ke rumah.
“Istri saya tidak pulang-pulang setelah bertengkar dengan saya,” ucap tersangka saat diamankan di Mapolrestabes Palembang, Kamis, 1 Oktober 2020.
Tersangka lalu melampiaskan emosinya pada korban, putra pertamanya berinisial AK yang masih berusia 3 tahun tersebut.
Pelaku menggantung anaknya dengan mengaitkan kain yang digantungkan di atap rumah. Selain melakukan aksi kejinya tersebut, tersangka juga merekam aksinya dengan menggunakan ponsel.
Video penganiayaan yang dilakukan tersangka terhadap korban, anak kandungnya sendiri itu beredar di media sosial hingga sampai pihak kepolisian.
Motif Penganiayaan yang dilakukan Helios Juliantara kepada anaknya yang berumur 3 tahun tersebut semata ingin mngertak istrinya agar cepat pulang.
“Saya tidak sungguhan menggantung anak saya. Hanya ingin menggertak istri agar cepat pulang,” kata tersangka.
Mendapat informasi identitas tersangka, Unit Pelayanan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Satreskrim Polrestabes Palembang langsung bergerak meringkus tersangka di kediamannya di Sukarami, Palembang, Sumatra Selatan.
Selain menangkap tersangka, polisi juga mengamankan berupa barang bukti berupa sehelai kain panjang yang digunakan pelaku untuk menggantung anaknya.

Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 44 Undang Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 dan Pasal 76c Junto Pasal 80 Undang Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak.
“Tersangka terbukti melakukan perbuatannya menganiaya anak kandungnya sendiri. Akan kita tindak sesuai hukum yang berlaku,” kata Kapolrestabes Palembang, Kombes Pol Anom Setyadji.
