Kemnaker Minta Pekerja Kembalikan Dana BLT BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) meminta kepada seluruh pekerja yang tidak sesuai dan tidak memenuhi syarat namun sudah mencairkan dana Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan tersebut untuk dikembalikan.
Bila tidak ingin dikenakan sanksi. Kementrian meminta kepada para pekerja untuk segera mengembalikan dana BLT BPJS yang telah dicairkan dan di terima ke kas negara.
Bahkan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Ida Fauziyah mengancam pada perusahaan maupun pekerja yang tidak sesuai dan tidak memenuhi ketentuan, akan dijatuhi sangsi sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
“Kami ingatkan bahwa pemberi kerja yang tidak memberikan data yang sebenarnya dikenakan sanksi sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Begitupun dengan pekerja yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang tertuang dalam Permenaker 14 Tahun 2020, namun telah menerima bantuan ini, maka yang bersangkutan wajib mengembalikan bantuan tersebut ke rekening kas negara,” tegas Ida melalui siaran virtual pada Selasa, 8 September 2020 lalu seperti dikutip dari pikiran-rakyat.com.
Menurut Permenaker Nomor 14 Tahun 2020, beberapa syarat calon penerima BLT BPJS Ketenagakerjaan adalah:
1. Warga Negara Indonesia yang dibuktikan dengan Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK);
2. Terdaftar sebagai peserta jaminan sosial tenaga kerja yang masih aktif di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang dibuktikan dengan nomor kartu kepesertaan;
3. Peserta yang membayar iuran dengan besaran iuran yang dihitung berdasarkan upah di bawah Rp 5 juta sesuai upah yang di laporkan kepada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;
4.Pekerja/buruh penerima upah;
5. Memiliki rekening bank yang aktif;
6. Peserta yang terdaftar sebagai peserta aktif di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sampai dengan bulan Juni 2020.
Oleh karena itu ia meminta kepada pekerja yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang tertuang dalam Permenaker No 14 Tahun 2020, namun telah menerima bantuan, maka yang bersangkutan wajib mengembalikan bantuan tersebut ke rekening kas negara.
