Div Humas Mabes Polri Hormati Hasil Investigasi Komnas HAM Soal Laskar FPI
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Inspektur Jenderal (Irjen) Argo Yuwono menghormati hasil investigasi Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia (Komnas HAM) soal kasus penyerangan Laskar FPI di Tol Jakarta-Cikampek.
“Tentunya yang pertama Polri menghargai hasil investigasi dan rekomendasi dan Komnas HAM,” kata Argo di Mabes Polri, Jakarta Selatan, Jumat (8/1/).
Menurut Argo, apabila nantinya sudah diterima secara resmi dari Komnas HAM, maka polisi akan segera menentukan langkah selanjutnya.
“Tentunya akan kami pelajari rekomendasi maupun surat itu yang masuk ke Polri,” ujar Argo.
Selain itu, Argo menekankan, sejak awal, dalam menyelidiki kasus penyerangan Laskar FPI ini, polisi sudah bekerja secara profesional, terbuka dan merangkul seluruh pihak eksternal yang ingin membantu mengungkap perkara ini hingga tuntas.
“Penyidik maupun Polri dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan penyidikan suatu tindak pidana tentunya berdasarkan keterangan saksi, keterangan tersangka, barang bukti maupun petunjuk. Tentunya nanti semuannya harus dibuktikan di sidang pengadilan,” ucap Argo mengakhiri pernyataannya.
