Kapolda Jateng Ahmad Luthfi Launching ELTE Atau Tilang Elektronik
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Kapolda Jateng, Irjen Pol Ahmad Luthfi melaunching Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) atau tilang elektronik di Gedung Borobudur, Mapolda Jateng, Selasa (23/3/2021).
Menurutnya, tilang elektronik ini untuk menilang para pengguna jalan yang melanggar aturan lalu lintas.
Disampaikan, sebanyak 21 CCTV dan 6 speedcam sudah dipasang di sejumlah titik wilayah Jateng, untuk merekam atau memotret pelanggar.
“Penegakan hukum dengan sarana elektronik ada 27 titik, yang akan ditingkatkan menjadi 50 titik. Dengan adanya ETLE, selain mendukung program Kapolri, juga mendidik masyarakat kita jaga diri di aspek pelanggaran lalulintas,” ungkap Luthfi usai melaunching ETLE.
Menurut Luthfi, pemberlakuan ETLE ini bertujuan untuk menghindari interaksi anggota Polri dengan masyarakat. Apalagi saat pandemi Covid-19 sekarang ini, masyarakat tidak kontak langsung dengan anggota.
Selain itu, juga untuk menyadarkan masyarakat agar selalu mematuhi aturan lalu lintas.
Pelanggaran yang dimaksud adalah tidak memakai helm, melanggar marka, tidak pakai safety belt (sabuk pengaman), pakai handphone saat berkendara, dan melawan arus.
Selain itu, pengendara yang menerobos lampu merah, ugal-ugalan dan melebihi batas kecepatan maksimal yakni 80 km per jam juga akan ditindak.
Dijelaskan, pelanggaran lalu lintas tersebut akan terekam dan ditilang dengan pengiriman surat ke pelanggar sesuai alamat di Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (STNK).
Apabila pelanggar bukan pemilik kendaraan, bisa diklarifikasi sesuai pertanggungjawaban nama yang tertera di STNK.
Apabila tiga kali tidak ada respon secara otomatis akan diblokir, dan orang yang membayar denda harus menyertakan keseluruhannya baik KTP asli dan STNK. Harus sesuai jenis kendaraan dengan pemilik kendaraan sebenarnya.
Menurut data Ditlantas Polda Jateng, sebaran titik CCTV ETLE yaitu:
- Semarang ada di 3 titik, Jalan Pandanaran depan RS Hermina, depan Kantor BRI, dan Jalan Brigjen Katamso.
- Demak, di Traffic Light Bogorme.
- Pati dua titik, Jalan Kol Sunandar dan Jalan A.Yani
- Surakarta enam titik, simpang 5 Komplang, simpang 5 Balapan, simpang 4 Kerten, simpang 4 Sate Dahlan, simpang 4 Mujahidin, dan simpang 4 Patung Wisnu.
- Klaten dua titik, simpang 4 Pasar Srago dan simpang 4 Bendi Gantungan.
- Karanganyar, simpang 3 Nglano.
- Wonogiri, simpang 4 Ponten.
- Kebumen, simpang 5 Kebulusan.
- Cilacap dua titik, simpang 4 Terminal dan simpang 4 Alun-alun.
- Purbalingga (simpang 4 Terminal).
Sementara itu untuk Speedcam ETLE ada di daerah Klaten dua titik, yakni Jalan Raya Solo-Jogja Ceper Klaten dan Jalan Raya Jogya-Solo Ceper Klaten.
Sedangkan di Boyolali ada dua titik, yakni Jalan Nasional Boyolali-Solo Banyudono Boyolali dua Jalan Nasional Solo- Boyolali. Dan Karanganyar dua titik di Jalan Adi Sucipto Blulukan Colomadu- Solo Karanganyar dan Jalan Adi Sucipto Blulukan Solo- Colomadu Karanganyar.
