Guna Kepemimpinan, Kapolri Buka Sespimti dan Sespimen
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo membuka pendidikan Sespimti Dikreg ke-30 dan Sespimen Dikreg ke-61 tahun 2021.
Dalam arahannya, Sigit lebih menekankan agar jalannya pendidikan menerapkan protokol kesehatan mengingat situasi saat ini masih pandemi Covid-19. Jangan sampai muncul kluster baru Covid-19 di sektor pendidikan.
Mantan Kabareskrim Polri ini juga meminta seluruh peserta didik memanfaatkan waktu dan kesempatan yang ada secara optimal.
Hal ini penting, guna mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan tingkat tinggi dan menengah, sehingga seluruh peserta didik memiliki konsep strategis yang unggul dalam mengelola organisasi.
“Bangun jaringan komunikasi dan kerja sama yang solid antar peserta didik sebagai bekal dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tugas kedepan serta mewujudkan kemajuan institusi Polri,” kata Sigit Prabowo dalam arahanya, Selasa (23/3/2021).
Kapolri juga berharap agar seluruh peserta didik memaknai proses pendidikan sebagai media pengembangan diri dalam membentuk kepribadian pemimpin yang kuat, jujur, dan visioner serta mampu menjadi role model pimpinan Polri yang akan datang.
Pendidikan Sespimti Dikreg ke-30 tahun 2021 ini diikuti oleh 150 orang yang terdiri dari 117 anggota Polri dan 33 peserta didik tamu dari instansi lain seperti TNI, Kemenkumham dan Kejaksaan Agung. Peserta Sespimti ini bertambah dari kuota awal 90 peserta.
Sementara Sespimen Polri Dikreg ke-61 tahun 2021 sebanyak 270 orang yang terdiri 248 peserta dari Polri dan 22 orang peserta tamu dari TNI.
Tidak hanya menekankan kepada peserta didik, Kapolri juga memberikan arahan dan pesan kepada Kalemdiklat dan tenaga pendidik agar dapat memberikan keteladanan kepada peserta didik lantaran hal tersebut merupakan kewajiban dan tanggung jawab moril seorang pendidik.
Ia juga meminta agar tenaga pendidik meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan pelatihan menuju pendidikan Polri yang berkelas dunia (World Class Standard)
“Optimalkan proses transfer of knowledge dan transfer of value guna memperkaya peserta didik dengan ilmu pengetahuan, wawasan, moral, dan karakter yang unggul,” tutupnya.
