Ditreskrimsus Tangkap Pencurian Pulsa dan Voucher Game PT. Telkomsel
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Direktorat Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Jateng tangani kasus dugaan pencurian pulsa dan voucher game dari PT. Telkomsel oleh oknum tak bertanggung jawab, ditaksir kerugian mencapai Rp. 1.578.811.200,-. Senin (8/2/2021).
Pers rilis atas kasus tersebut disampaikan langsung oleh Kapolda Jateng Irjen Pol Ahmad Lutfhi, ditemani Ditreskrimsus Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Johanson Ronald, dan Kabidhumas Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Iskandar Fitriana Sutisna.
Kasus tersebut Berawal dari temuan PT. Telkomsel dalam rentang waktu 6 bulan terhitung dari bulan Juni 2020 s.d Januari 2021 terdapat transfer pulsa secara tidak wajar yang diduga pencurian pulsa dari kartu telkomsel pra bayar ke kartu pra bayar lain serta adanya pelanggan kartu pasca bayar Telkomsel yang mengeluhkan pembengkakan tagihan biaya telepon karena pembelian voucher game yang tidak pernah dilakukan oleh pelanggan.
“Ada indikasi di Indonesia terjadi di beberapa TKP, tapi yang berkembang ada di Telkomsel seputaran Jawa Tengah, Jogjakarta dan Sumsel, ” jelas Kapolda Jateng.
Dari hasil Penyidik akhirnya Subdit V/ Cyber Ditreskrimsus menangkap 3 (tiga) pelaku yang masing-masing memiliki peran yaitu RRS alias K sebagai Pemodal, FDS sebagai Eksekutor pencurian pulsa, pembelian voucher game dan registrasi kartu perdana ilegal dan ATS sebagai Eksekutor transfer pulsa.
Para pelaku menggunakan modus operandi dengan melakukan transfer pulsa dari nomor HP pra bayar milik orang lain ke nomor HP milik pelaku dan membeli voucher game dari nomor HP pasca bayar milik orang. Setelah pulsa dan voucher game dirasa cukup selanjutnya pelaku menjual dengan harga lebih murah.
“Pelaku menjalankan aksinya secara otodidak, pelaku juga mengaku pernah bekerja di Telkomsel,”kata Dirreskrimsus, Kombes Pol Johanson Ronald.
“Pelaku menjual hasil pulsa dan voucher game curian tersebut dengan diskon 20% jadi Pulsa 1 juta dijual 800 ribu dan pulsa 500 ribu dijual 400 ribu,”lanjutnya
Pelaku juga melakukan registrasi banyak kartu perdana menggunakan identitas milik orang lain yang didapatkan dari membeli Facebook dengan satu NIK KTP seharga Rp. 5000,. Hal tersebut melanggara ketentuan Pasal 94 jo pasal 77 UU Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan.
Hasil Pencurian Pulsa dan Voucer Games dijual melalui online, ke Sumatra, Balikpapan, Samarinda dan Medan sedangkan Kartu Perdana yang Resmi dijual Ke Semarang, Kudus, Pati Via Ekspedisi (JNE) dengan omset mencapai 10 – 15 juta perbulan.
“Pelaku mengaku sudah melakukan aksinya selama 7 bulan,” terang Kabidhumas Polda Jateng, Kombes Pol Iskandar Fitriana Sutisna.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatanya ketiga pelaku diancam dengan Pasal 32 ayat 1, Pasal 35 dan Pasal 48 ayat 1 UU ITE (UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang perubahan atas UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008) serta Pasal 77 UU Administrasi Kependudukan (UU Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang perubahan atas UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2006).
