Jaga Imunitas Tubuh Prajurit, Dandim Pimpin Jalan Sehat
JURNALJATENG.ID, BATANG – Pada masa pandemi sedang melanda, berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menjaga imunitas tubuh, seperti Prajurit Kodim Batang melaksanakan jalan sehat yang dipimpin langsung oleh Komandan Kodim 0736/Batang Letkol Arh Yan Eka Putra di seputaran Kota Batang, Selasa (5/1/2021).
Terlebih dahulu anggota melakukan senam peregangan yang dipimpin oleh Bintara operasi Sertu Darsono yang di ikuti oleh seluruh personel Staf Kodim, kemudian dilanjutkan olah raga jalan santai dengan rute diseputaran Kota Batang sejauh kurang lebih 3,5 km dengan star – finish di Makodim, dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tidak melupakan protokol kesehatan.
Sebelum kegiatan dimulai Dandim Letkol Arh Yan Eka Putra menyampaikan, dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai Prajurit TNI, kita harus selalu menjaga Fisik supaya selalu prima. Ini merupakan syarat utama sebagai seorang Prajurit, guna mendukung tercapainya tugas pokok TNI yakni menjaga kedaulatan NKRI dan kita sebagai Komando teritorial akan selalu mendukung dan membantu Pemda serta Polres Batang dalam melaksanakan kegiatan untuk kemajuan Batang.
“Kegiatan olahraga jalan ini sebagai sarana untuk membina kesehatan badan bagi seluruh anggota Kodim Batang, karena dengan adanya wabah Covid-19 yang belum selesai ini kita jarang melaksanakan olah raga bersama, disebabkan untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan untuk menghindari adanya kerumunan,” jelasnya.
Dijelaskannya, dimasa pandemi ini kita harus sering melaksanakan olah raga walaupun hanya sebentar yang penting bisa keluar keringat, menjadi TNI itu berat, jadi setiap prajurit wajib menjaga kondisi kesehatannya, sebab di dalam tubuh yang sehat akan terdapat jiwa dan mental yang kuat, juga dengan badan yang sehat kita akan melaksanakan tugas dengan baik. Untuk Itu, kita mengadakan program pembinaan fisik yang dilakasanakan tiap minggu 2 kali. “Jelasnya.
Setelah melaksanakan jalan sehat dilanjutkan minum ektra puding bubur kacang ijo untuk meningkatkan imun didalam tubuh dan untuk meningkatkan stamina.
Jalan sehat bersama ini langsung dipimpin oleh Dandim Letkol Arh Yan Eka Putra didampingi oleh Kastaf Mayor Kav Haryono, dan diikuti oleh Para perwira staf kodim, anggota dan PNS Kodim.
