Polda Jateng Amankan Penyebar Video Adzan Jihad
JURNALJATENG.ID, SEMARANG – Beberapa hari lalu masyarakat Tegal dihebohkan dengan adanya video adzan jihad, masyarakat yang resah kemudian melaporkan video tersebut kepada Polisi untuk mencari tau perihal kebenaranya. Setelah menerima laporan masyarakat mengenai video viral tersebut, Polres Tegal langsung melaksanakan penyelidikan
Berdasarkan temuan-temuan bukti saat penyelidikan, hari ini Polres Tegal gelar perkara kasus tersebut bertempat di lobby Mapolda Jateng, Senin (07/12/2020).
Hadir dalam pers rilis tersebut Kabidhumas Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Iskandar Fitriana Sutisna, Direskrimum Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Wihastoni, dan Kapolres Tegal AKBP Muhammad Iqbal Simatupang.
“Ini merupakan tindak pidana ITE penyebaran informasi yang menimbulkan rasa kebencian atau permusuhan.” Terang Kabidhumas, Senin (7/12).
Setelah ditelusuri melalui medsos youtube, di dapati video yang di unggah oleh akun “AGUNG MUJAHID” dengan durasi 1 menit 12 detik tersebut memuat seruan adzan jihad dengan judul pada unggahan yaitu “Seruan Jihad dari Tegal Dipimpin oleh Habieb Fadhil Asseggaf Demi Menjaga dan Mengawal IB. HRS dan Habieb Hanif”
Video tersebut dianggap dapat menimbulkan permusuhan individu/ kelompok masyarakat tertentu berdasarkan atas agama ataupun golongan.
Menindaklanjuti Laporan tersebut, Satreskrim Polres Tegal yang di backup oleh Subdit Jatanras Polda Jateng melakukan upaya profiling terhadap pemilik akun youtube “AGUNG MUJAHID”, hasilnya diketahui identitas pemilik akun / terduga pelaku penyebaran video berinisial JAK (43) Kel. Kertajaya Surabaya, Rt 03 / XI Kec Gubeng Kota Surabaya.
“Berdasarkan bukti yang cukup petugas telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap Tersangka di Surabaya.” ungkap Kabidhumas, Senin (7/12).
Pelaku diduga keras telah melakukan Tindak Pidana Menyebarkan informasi yang ditujukan untuk menimbulkan rasa kebencian atau permusuhan individu dan / atau kelompok masyarakat tertentu berdasarkan atas suku, agama, ras, dan antar golongan (SARA).
Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan terhadap Tersangka JAK, yang bersangkutan menjelaskan bahwa telah menyebarkan sebuah video (adzan jihad yang berlokasi di Tegal) yang didapat dari Whatsap group “PUAZ” yang ditujukan kepada Pemerintah yang menurut Tersangka telah melakukan kriminalisasi terhadap HRS.
Pelaku kemudian mengunggah pada akun Youtube miliknya yang bernama dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk memberitahu halayak luas bahwa telah ada seruan jihad dari Tegal, Jawa tengah yang ditujukan kepada Pemerintah yang menurut Tersangka telah melakukan kriminalisasi terhadap IB.HRS.
“Kami sudah periksa 6 saksi, 2 diantaranya saksi ahli yaitu ahli bahasa dan ahli ITE, 4 lainya masyarajat” ungkap Kabidhumas, Senin (7/12).
Polisi juga menguak fakta diantaranya Video pengumandangan Adzan Jihad yang di unggah oleh Tersangka, merupakan sebuah video yang di rekam oleh seseorang, pada acara pengajian di Ds. Dukuhturi RT/RW 03/02, Kecamatan Dukuhturi, Kabupaten Tegal pada Minggu (29/11). Diketahui bahwa yang mengumandangkan Adzan Jihad tersebut adalah sdr. Slamet (Saat ini merupakan Tahanan Sat Reskrim Polres Tegal atas kasus Penipuan).
“Tersangka lain yaitu S atau yang mengumandangkan adzan telah di tangkap atas kasus penipuan dengan kerugian mencapai 125 Juta.” Terang Dirkrimum, Senin (7/11).
Dari Kasus ini polisi menyita barang bukti berupa 1 buah Handphone Samsung A51 warna hitam, 1 buah Handphone Vivo S5 warna hitam dan 1 buah barang bukti elektronik berupa AkunYoutube dengan nama akun “AGUNG MUJAHID”
Adapun pasal yang disangkakan pada tersangka yaitu Pasal 45 A ayat 2 JO Pasal 28 A ayat 2 UU No.19 Tahun 2016 Tentang ITE dengan pidana penjara paling lama 6 tahun dan denda maksimal 1 milyar.
